Whew. Had internet outage most of yesterday and part of day before, been trying to catch up on reading the quest.

There will probably be a lot of unsupervised children in the city, some from having just become orphans but probably far more from having just become ex-slaves. Need to make provisions for them ranging from barely toddler aged to nearly teen aged. (I assume teens are considered adults). I assume state-run orphanages are a go? Maybe more in the form of boarding schools for the older ones? This would also serve to provide employment for some of the more motherly/grandmotherly of the ex-slaves. Will we want to set that up here in Tyrosh, or evacuate some/most/only the youngest/only the older ones back to Sorcerers Deep?

Aha! The cable guy is here, says line to house is not good. going to install temporary line to house. Hopefully that fixes my internet access problems, but don't know when I'll actually be able to post this.....

We have a newly constructed orphanage in SD that can take on some additional children, though it will probably reach capacity long before meeting the needs for Tyrosh's children.

You mean that measly +8 to Spot that can be replicated by a level 1 spell? Pff. Yeah, I totally want to burn alive whenever someone dispels my cloak of shadow in the middle of the day if it means I get a +8 to basic skills!
Count together the value of +6 Natural Armor, limited shapeshifting, DR 10/Silver and Magic, Fast Healing 5, Resistance Cold and Electricity 10, Spider Climb, +8 to seven different skills, +6,4,4,2,2 on Abilities, 4 mediocre bonus-feats, Dominate and Gaseous Form at will, some minor summoning 1/day, Energy Drain with Natural Weapons and a Blooddrain. And general Undead-immunities.

I'm pretty sure that is worth some disatvantages, or several 100k gold in magic items to replicate.

Edit: Also all HD are d12. Big step up for a Wizard.
Edit2: Left out the Spawn-creation since she doesn't want to do that.

All that for a +8 LA?
Being a Vampire means that she pretty much can't level. She gets XP astonishingly slowly, and most encounters don't even grant her XP anymore. For a PC, the Vampire template is devastating. It's good to make enemies (it's only +2 CR), but we shouldn't be expecting her to keep leveling for long. Actually, the jungle must have some crazy powerful monsters for her to even have gotten to level 11!

Edit: She could have bought some of that LA off if she took some sort of vampire savage progression class, to explain how she even got to level 11. But the rules for LA buyoff mean that she's still severely impeded by her huge LA.

It's possible but it's a CR 8 beast and anything but harmless. It would not be cheap.
That's fine, it'd still be 100% worth it. With our magic we can breed those gorgons pretty fast. @DragonParadox, how much would the half-gorgon cows sell for? We've got 85 of them.
Gain 85 Steel Blooded Calves
And they've got nice acid breathweapons. Definitely not CR 8, but maybe CR 4-5 when full-grown?

She seems to have gotten to the equivalent of level 19 or higher quite fast then.

Or maybe DP doesn't apply the LA normally.
I think Garin got away with 1 level and Maelor with none.
And let's not start with Dany playing that system.

[X] Thank Wyla for her assistance in securing Tyrosh. Ask her what she wants as a reasonable reward.

[X] Goldfish

Spiderfish, spiderfish, does whatever a spiderfish does.
No, I don't know why that popped into my head but I'm still not apologizing.

@Goldfish, why not offer her aid in getting Naaths trade going?

Sell her ships cheaply. Aid from the Pech and a bit of Lyre time to build a harbor.

Basically pay her in things that benefit us both.
