How about a Ring to speak 3 languages? Is that possible? Terran, Common, High Valyrian?

The adventures of Rhango and Horse depends on it!

why a ring for just three languages I know it would cost more but cant a ring of tongues be made which basically casts permanent tongues on the user? By the way are we going to look very different from canon Viscerys if we dont count kickass items?

Because this is for a horse.

A horse does not need to speak every language, it just needs to speak the ones understood by the Dothraki and us.
oh lol its for a horse thats cool never would have thought to do that. By the way can this ritual be done with some of our companions or powerful npcs who work for us later on when we are a dragon?

Drakon Blood Binding[edit]

The blood of a Dragon enters through your skin at the choice points in your body, you feel the power of thousands of years and hundreds of warriors course through you.
Level: 10 Component Cost: 100,000
Category: Binding Market Price: 50,000,000
Time: 2 Hours Key Skill: Arcana
Duration: 1d6+1 Hours
Overview[edit]

A Drakon is a mortal whom has taken the soul binding pact of the Drakon to become a warrior of the battlefield and the battlefield alone. Drakon can be of any sentient race, but are commonly Human, or other races that lust for the power that the Drakon provides. The tomes to create a Drakon are scattered throughout the planes. These tomes were originally written by mages whom wanted to become like the Dragonborn for both their strength and deep connection to Dragons. These rituals ended up working, but were slowly scattered among the planes. These highly detailed instruction books would allow any ritual caster to preform the Drakon Blood Binding ritual, however the circumstances are difficult to come by. The one becoming a Drakon must not have eaten or slept for a full day before the ritual begins, or they die by the corresponding Dragons type midway through the ritual.
Preparation[edit]

A large assortment of materials, costing 100,000 gold pieces are required to cast the ritual, not including the cost of the tome. Dragon bones and teeth with enchantments described in the tome must be created before the ritual. 60,000 gold worth of Residuum is required for a brew, also described in the tome, to keep the Drakon's soul intact after the ritual has been completed, if this is not completed to exact specifications, the Drakon will go wild, becoming uncontrollable.
The Ritual[edit]

Enough Dragon's blood for the to be Drakon to soak completely submerged, and then some, is required. Throughout the ritual, the blood will boil, so extra blood is required to keep the ritual from backfiring. This blood most commonly comes from a just slain Dragon, for the amount that would be given by a willing Dragon would commonly kill it from blood loss. Once the blood has been removed from the body, or the Dragon has been slain, it is only good for 1d4+1 hours before becoming useless. As long as the ritual is started immediately after the blood has been taken, it will not fail halfway though, since the ritual lasts two (2) hours. As long as the subject is completely submerged the entire ritual that aspect will be upheld, whether the blood is being contained in a basin or the Dragon's body itself. The ritual caster will need to use the bones and teeth from preparation to make instructed incision and cuts on the subject to allow the Dragon blood to enter their body as the ritual is carried out.

Okay people, show of hands:

How many of you would like to see the Gorgon rampaging through Daemons and cultists?

Today a warbeast, tomorrow; gorgotaurs!

Bipedal Creature (CR Special)[3pp] – d20PFSRD

We can probably get more magic horses.

How would they feel about riding plant horses?

Have you actually found any plant horses besides?! Maybe DP would allow a regular horse with the greenbound template. Or fungus.

No respons on my plantbased NE substitute teachers? :(

I've found them earlier already and read the fluff text. The Fey consider them obnoxious, vicious little assholes.

I would rather make a few more Lotus Leshies then even a single of those blighters.

Atleast the Savant template is nice, or shadow, or draconic, all thematically fitting for weird fungus or plant helpers in the Scholarium.

Also cant recall but did anyone put forward the idea of dedicated animal handlers in the legions?

Because the 'Thornies' follows anyone with weirwood, and can be trained.

I don't like the idea of scattering random statues of monsters throughout the city, especially statues of Illithids. If we want to educate the masses, we can build a museum or get started on public education, but erecting statues of things that happily eat them and sticking said statues in high-traffic areas is bad form.

High traffic? No I just wanted them in random places, since building a dedicated museum got no traction during the turn vote.
Think gazebos/small amphitheaters in our parks.

The content would be along the lines of;
~ This is a skeleton, classified as mindless undead they arise typically, and are usually so and so dangerous.
~ This is a ghoul, it will paralyze you,..
~ This is an Illithid, extremely dangerous, it's common approach is like this. Thralls usually exhibit xy.

Maybe the illusion even helpfully showcases how various weapons fare against them.

I think you should also add the Vee switching to training instead of studying the tree but up to you @dpara
thank you and done.

I was still rereading and saw this.

The khal spilled a few drops of wine onto the floor in the old man's memory, for he had been a great warrior and so he had died too at the edge Rhango's arakh. He was getting fucking old thinking about that so early in the morning. Sometimes he wondered if the girl-witch could give him his youth back as she had his life. The khal recalled the great magic that brought him back from death had cost a rare gem... one of the pale ones whose name he could not recall, for the tongue of his birth had no name for such trinkets.

You know, we just might. More than just your other eye for sure. @Duesal, he's good with a Reincarnation offer.

He also has sons noted at the bottom of the chapter. Let's get them the four elemental horses!

We're going to build a dedicated museum, it's just that now is hardly the time. I'd much rather do that instead of sticking statues of these things in amphitheaters and parks. Those are supposed to be nice places to have fun and relax. Statues of undead and illithids ruin the atmosphere.

Seriously though, when we've got enough time we're definitely building that museum. @Tomcost wouldn't stand for not doing it.

That's more of a case of the idea getting drowned out by the preparations for war. This wasn't a good turn for fancy projects.
Mind you that a museum is something nobody on Planetos ever had or even contemplated to build.

I'm strictly against doing something like this in random public places or investing that much money into fancy illusions for that matter.
Why not set the Dragonpens on writing the first Monster Manuals first and see where we go from there?

I just realised that with a single casting of Improved Portal Alarm it will have a duration of 4 days and 16 hours.

@DragonParadox can it please be considered automatic that Viserys cast this on the Entrance to the Shadow Tower, there's no reason he wouldn't do so.
Similar to odd and even days of the buff cycle.

Perfect. We can discuss it with him over the next few days and maybe actually do it, too. Just need to teleport Vee over to cast the spell and shell out 400 IM for him and his wife to get reincarnated.

YOU DONT GET A FANCY NEW CLOAK IF YOU HAND YOURS OVER TO YOUR LOVER, GARIN! :sour:

If the cloak end up Maelors, we need a new shiny cloak to swaddle Viserys' newborn in.
... Yeah. No cloak for Garin.

As for more cloaks, I was thinking of buying Asshai Shadow Silk in bulk and using that as the base material, and having Lya work her magic.

A proposal for the thread as we are discussing public works. I would like to invest on Saltcliff as a sort of vacation place.

Set up resorts by fabricating empty limestone cliffs into beaches, build some sturdy limestone cottages, and promote it as a place to relax away from the bustle of the city isles. Hot and cold springs can be set up too. Viola! The Bahamas of our own.
