Upon reviewing it, you are in luck. The sheet has an error. Namely, the PfE from the Bloodstone is explicitly free, so Leila has 400 IM of crafting left to allocate.

... What do we want to do with that 400 IM of time? Should we have her make another Amulet of PfE?
 
So I'm just going to throw this into the mix and see what happens.

This allows us to properly go all out on our Alpha Strikes, Planetos we still have to deal with the consequences of being so brutal so I'm thinking particularly the Illithid and Efreeti will feel the full might of our wrath.

If we have 400 IM worth of crafting left over, I want each Griffon to get a +1 Dex item. That's 100 IM each and it would help them out a lot.
 
Alright, I just found potential perfect substitute teachers. Atleast, their petty magic should add to the chance of hedgemages.

Briar Magic (Sp)
A child of the briar can cast any cantrip from the sorcerer/wizard spell list (save DCs Cha-based).

Child of the Briar – d20PFSRD

Maybe add somekind of innately magical template to that.

The Savant template is especially interesting, UMD and easier time with knowledge checks.

Huh. We could do that.

I was also thinking of offering directed reincarnation for him and his khaleesi in the next 4-5 years if he does a good job (gets us lots of cash). It'd be a pain in the ass losing the one visionary Dothraki before we can raise multiple generations in indoctrinated servitude.
 
Leila is being overworked. Unlike Lya, who can delegate most of it to her wights, she has to spend the day working. She spent most of last month working, and she's going to be working almost the whole month with only a day or two available for a break.

Also, even if it is "free" it still takes her time to make it. It's just costs us 0 IM from our crafting bucket.

It's for this month only. Next month she'll get a huge break, and I was thinking of finding her a reward as well.

Oh, got it. Lya is going to be done with the familiar ritual, right? We could just pay for Leila's ritual to get the Blink Dog pup as a familiar. That's a hell of a reward, and one everyone wanted to do anyway.

Hm... point. The PfE is 0 IM, but still would take the regular 2 days, meaning Leila has no spare time.

@TotallyNotEvil, @Goldfish, axing the robe, we could shovel free 5 days of Lya.
 
I don't like the idea of scattering random statues of monsters throughout the city, especially statues of Illithids. If we want to educate the masses, we can build a museum or get started on public education, but erecting statues of things that happily eat them and sticking said statues in high-traffic areas is bad form.
