That's where we could learn the Walker in the Wastes and Sandshaper classes.Fun fact: the Treasure Map we made from Tor's corpse leads to a set of ruins in the Red Waste.
+1 to the Fetch Quests.
Given the majority stance on undead, WitW isn't very convincing. That's where we could learn the Walker in the Wastes and Sandshaper classes.
Good ones.
Neat. And I've been meaning to deal with the Qartheen anyway. They earned themselves a spot on The List when we learned the Lich was in contact with them. We are totally looting that House of the Undying one day. That's where we could learn the Walker in the Wastes and Sandshaper classes.

Anyone else: ""Lucky bastards, setting up shop right next to the deadliest ruins on the planet.

Perhaps we can combine it with the 20 level not-sucky necromancer base class whose name I forgot again. It's one of the less unpleasant and distinctly not-always-evil forms of undead.

Not yet we don't. The Legendary Map of the Far North is under the Library Section for the Bloodstone Keep on the front page, though.
Eh, that's fine. I'm counting on us finding some cause to go to war with them anyway. They're not exactly going to make the most wholesome allies, and I would not be surprised if the Archons asked for help against them at some point. They can do all the work so we swoop in and take what they've recovered.I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Qartheen are probably busily reclaiming some of the ruins in the Red Waste, it was still inhabited as recently as the Century of Blood and many of The Undying can probably still remember such days.
Yep, that's a nice one too.
Plant guy strikes again! You all want Moss Liches man
Those should be nice to have around. In fact, I hope that DP lets us loot a Moss Lich ally at some point.
Do we know anyone who would take that way to immortality? You all want Moss Liches man

Eventually. I never said we need to go over and blow them up now. But for reasons you've mentioned and more I'm certain any peace with them will never be maintained, so I can rest easy knowing that eventually their loot will be our loot. The Qaartheen are far enough away that we don't really want to seek out war with them. For example, both the Ghiscari descended slaver cities and the Lhazareen are between our allies in Mantarys and them. It's going to be quite some time before we have a real cause for conflict, and a trade war is likely a more direct angle (to smash their control over the jade gates).
The best case scenario would be putting either a puppet or ally in charge of qaarth. It's too far to directly control and it would still give us control over trade between the near and far eastThe Qaartheen are far enough away that we don't really want to seek out war with them. Viserys might actually catch fire because of the sheer blasphemy .
