Bronn is currently at Daemon's Folly with the rest of the baby adventurers (sans Leila). Glyra needs a few days off before we send her to Tyrosh to do our serious pre-conquest intel work.

Anyway, so it looks like we want to both do some looting/undead culling and use the opportunity to test teleporting the tower before going directly into battle. Do we want Lya involved in the looting, studying Amrelath as a show of good faith, getting ahead of her crafting, something else? I think she's the person with the most leeway, after Viserys.

Dany has used up most of the days freed up by the Dracolich being so agreeable, and needs to get back to stoneshaping things/helping Xor rebuild SD.

It's looking like a Sallosh looting/clearing party of Viserys, Ser Richard, Waymar, and Malarys, backed by the Iron Golems. That looks like a fairly sturdy party, though a bit light on healing. We might coax Teana out of her tower as well, to help, as a "field trip" or the like.
Okay so it wont be Bronn, we can send Maelor instead then, maybe Waymar as well, the important thing is that our most busy characters don't do the clearing, and that the Draco-lich is there, so we capture as many of the undeads as possible.

Okay, our preliminary plan opens up three extra Lya crafting days, or 800IM equivalent accounting for her EA discount. Our main crafting focus right now is prepping for Tyrosh, so making sure everyone is battle ready, and filling in holes in people's loadouts in terms of armor or magic weapons, and the like.

What do people want to focus on? Our current item wishlist is found here, for reference. Leila can craft some of the easier things, so +1 items might not be the most "efficient" but do get us the best bang for our buck, so to speak.

Need some input, folks. It looks like we're going to have three extra crafting days for Lya at the end of the month. With the Extraordinary Artisan discount, that's 800 IM worth of crafting we can get done.

I'm in favor of having her knock out several +1 attribute items, since it's fast and cheap; +1 Dexterity gloves for Viserys and Tyene, and a +1 Wisdom headband for Maelor. Then maybe a couple more Anklets of Translocation.

Thoughts?

We could also have her make Malarys a +2 Wisdom headband. He needs it badly.

Get the +1 Attribute items cleanly out of the way. This is a perfect chance to get those much-needed items crafted, and it'll even be well before Tyrosh.

Spellguard Rings (Complete Mage, 4,000 gp for 2) Caster wears one and ally the other. Ally is immune to caster's spell 3/day.

Viserys and Ser Richard.

As for extra days, TAVERN HOPPING. It's been Months and we still haven't done it. Please?

Good idea for a future upgrade, but Viserys and Richard are both capped on rings right now. Viserys is already wearing a double price Ring of Sustenance to get around the slot limitation.

Doubled price for more slotless rings will make them take too long to craft.

As for Tavern Hopping, if we get done with Runestone early, we can get started on that right away. If not, it is definitely happening next month.

Tavern Hopping seems so inefficient... Fun for Vyserys, sure. But wouldn't it be better to hire bards to do that for us?

After some fun chatting on the accounting sheet, I think we're leaning towards shifting things around a bit so we loot a bit less in Sallosh, and use the extra time to take care of the doomblob immediately, with Ser Richard, Dany, Lya, and Malarys supporting in Lys. We can then silence the spy if we're not going to follow that thread in Pentos, right before he arrives, and then Viserys has an extra day. I might advise moving up Runestone, since as it is we're just crossing our fingers and hoping it doesn't end up taking longer and overrunning into next month.

Lya will be able to learn two more spells, get three extra crafting days, and spend three days poking Amrelath as a show of good faith in starting that project.

I'm very much in favour of moving up Runestone. I'd rather not spend time looting Sallosh, and with regard to Amrelath, I'm all for poking him. We can just send the Golden Company in the direction of where we would drop off the boat, get them out of the city and then either drop off an empty boat (with supplies), or better yet, the tower away from the city to avoid agitating the dead.

The most we can reasonably move Runestone up by is one day.

That and I think Viserys would find it funny as fuck to pull a John the Fiddler on the same month he struck a blow against Blackfyre conspirators.

Well okay, that's not a good comparison. He wouldn't go disguised for one thing, and he wouldn't be agitating Lords.

Actually, he would be doing the exact opposite of Daemon II Blackfyre.

Which is even funnier!

Emphasis by Exception.

No other King has done this in living memory, people will want to brag about meeting the King for the rest of their lives. And of course meeting the "King in Exile who still works in the shadows to save the Kingdom" is much more impressive than "pretender to the throne" so they will tell people as such.

Also it gets our feet wet in Westeros, we're explicitly dealing with the small folk so we may have the opportunity for a "subtle" Whiteharbour cleanup or two, subtle enough that Lords can continue and will continue to deny the problem ever existed and thereby reinforcing the rumours that we're responsible for the fixing.

But we do need to get bards...

Alright, options. Either we find a bard somewhere and recruit them--preferably not the Skagosi bard since Bloodraven needs him--we pick out a few candidates and have them learn from Moonsong like Xor did, or lastly we have Xor finish up with his city building and start leveling up until he's a comfortably level 12 or something after which he can teach for a bit at the Scholarum.

Get a good one or two to work out a PR plan with us, then they come with us for a bit to see how it works in parctice, then split up, over the continent?

Here's what we have hashed out so far for the schedule revision. Thoughts or suggestions?
This is very tentative, but I want to ask DP for a special occasion for extra turn days for Dany so that she can help Lya examine Amrelath's phylactery. She has plenty of reason to want to be involved.

1) She has a proto-phylactery that we don't fully understand and this study action will help with that
2) She was the one who most wanted Amrelath freed in some capacity, so she should follow through
3) The faster this gets done the faster Amrelath is freed from his torturous existence, and the faster the PR nightmare ends

Or we could just reallocate some of her assigned days; her days for Lys, Music of Creation, and Garin's Child actions can all be reassigned, IMO.

Garin's Child definitely takes a much lower priority.

Honestly, I think we have a decent shot in asking DP for a one-time deal of extra Dany days. Viserys already coddles her too much, and this is something she should be genuinely adamant about participating in IC. And as an example, Waymar already got free days this turn for Runestone because it was something important enough to him that he was willing to use his "free days" on it.

As for Garin's Child, please don't reassign those days. That thing has been hanging over our head for months and I just want to get it over with. The sooner it's done the better.

I'm probably sounding like a broken record at this point, but I'd still like to look for the Royce's VS sword Lamentation at the Dragonpit. The wayfinder can confirm whether there is anything of worth like VS and dragon eggs still around, so it's not like we're going to be wasting hours scavenging around rubble. It's barely any investment of time and could to dramatically better relations with House Royce.

If I'm understanding the sheet correctly, we could afford to push back Runestone by one day? Alternatively, start the journey by going to KL first thing in the morning and simply arrive at Runestone in the afternoon.

I'd say its worth a shot, some rioter probably made off with it and its who-knows-where by now though.

Honestly we're better off just asking Yss about it.

"Is Lamentation, ancestral blade of House Royce of Runestone, still in King's Landing?"

We save ourselves a trip that way.

Lamentation is lost. After it was lost in the Storming of the Dragonpit, where it was likely consumed by dragonfire, the dragonpit was later filled with the corpses of those lost to the Great Spring Sickness where they were burned by wildfyre, which burns magic. So even if it survived somewhere in the dragonpit after the storming and wasn't looted, it was then most likely destroyed in the wildfyre conflagration. The likelihood that it's recoverable is low, and we'd be entering into the heart of our enemy's attention. KL is the center for Westerosi politics and every faction of note likely has access to at least low level divinations by this point. Do we expect an under-reaction to people suddenly getting a positive response to "Is Viserys Targaryen coming to King's Landing this month?"

We've prompted such questions by sowing disinformation and keeping exactly what city we're intending to attack unclear, just to invite the Tyroshi towards wishful thinking on us attacking King's Landing.
