I'll be free in a few minutes to tinker with the schedule. The big thing are do we want to spend time trying to loot some value from Sallosh or no, and if we want to try a test teleportation of the shadow tower before Tyrosh.

Side note on the tower--it should be completely fine now. Teleporting and planeshifting both. The only reason we were hesitant at all was the dracolich wards, but now those wards don't exist anymore and Amrelath is freely walking around, so eh. The anti-divination wards weren't made for a mobile demi-plane, but at the same time they're still epic-level wards and won't be damaged by a bit of traveling.

That being said, @DragonParadox, can we take the Rune Door?

Well I'm convinced.

Might as well bring him back, we have a forge and he's a smith, he could build the people he wants and we get more citizens out of the deal.

Win-win, hell even more win if he includes Dragon glass into their components somehow so they can strangle the blue skinned cousin fuckers when they show their ugly heads.
Besides, he's already paid with his life for theft and only almost killing one of ours.

As Dakkon would say, the debt is settled.

I don't want to personally extract loot from Sallosh, I want to send the Draco-lich Glyra and Bronn, maybe a healer as well, the Draco-lich can gather the undeads for sacrifice, and his share of the loot will allow him to get a respectable start to his hoard, which should endear us to him.

Bronn is currently at Daemon's Folly with the rest of the baby adventurers (sans Leila). Glyra needs a few days off before we send her to Tyrosh to do our serious pre-conquest intel work.

Anyway, so it looks like we want to both do some looting/undead culling and use the opportunity to test teleporting the tower before going directly into battle. Do we want Lya involved in the looting, studying Amrelath as a show of good faith, getting ahead of her crafting, something else? I think she's the person with the most leeway, after Viserys.

Dany has used up most of the days freed up by the Dracolich being so agreeable, and needs to get back to stoneshaping things/helping Xor rebuild SD.

It's looking like a Sallosh looting/clearing party of Viserys, Ser Richard, Waymar, and Malarys, backed by the Iron Golems. That looks like a fairly sturdy party, though a bit light on healing. We might coax Teana out of her tower as well, to help, as a "field trip" or the like.

We should plan for Lya to be with us at the end of it. If we find something that needs a bit of ritual work then she's going to need to be there.

As for extra people to bring--Amrelath, Leila, and Teana. This is a good chance for Leila and Teana to get a bit of XP.

We can't yet, need to do some research first, maybe Next turn.
A lot of research. To the point where DP said that Lya and Viserys don't even know if it's possible, but they're more than welcome to try.

This is going to be Garin's child all over again. Multiple turns of research.

EDIT: Can we prioritize the Librarian/Research Arcanum? We need her now more than ever to start helping Lya with this stuff.

My only real point of contention is that I do not want us to continually put off working on Amrelath's phylactery. It had side-benefits to other ongoing projects, and there are always things that people would rather Lya do other than that, so saying "X is more important, we can do Y later, we have time" is not a hook I will bite into.

This is a friggin Dracolich. Think up two or three targets you wanna smash with it, then immediately go smash them, but don't keep it hanging around. I won't be even moderately comfortable with Amrelath around until he's among the living again, so dedicate some Lya time to working on him consistently. I would say start this turn, even with a token few days. Then next month, possibly with more days, and the month after, and so on until we've got a workable solution.

No reason we can't do that. I really want his phylactery to be thoroughly studied.

Also, @Diomedon, general note:

Few days clearing out Sallosh, and then the rest of the free days should be dedicated to murdering the Lich in Lys and binding the Landwarden to the Heart Tree. Waymar for one should definitely be there. It was his arm the Lich ripped off.

For stuff like that, repetitive stuff, an air arcanum would be very sub-optimal imo. Yet another reason to pick earth next Lya level ;)

Proper study of Amrealth's phalactary would be invaluable for Dany too :)

Okay, looking at the schedule right now, we definitely need to send Dany home. She can make up for all of her lost time with what remains of the month.

Vee should go back, too. She can still get a day of Memory Moss research in, as well as her full Children of the Forest research. Unless ya'll want to transfer some days from that to get more moss research done?

Need to decide about Lya. I want her to learn a few spells, do some extra crafting, then maybe put a few days into Dracolich research.

I think Lya's time is the last big point of contention. She has 12 Days. We're going to finish vetting the sellswords tomorrow, and return to SD to nab the tower (going to take time to prepare it to be moved). If we spend two days in Sallosh, and then return, dealing with the Pentoshi spy (even if a quick silencing of him) is the next day. There might be one day free there for the doomblob, but we can push Runestone back slightly (it's already potentially overflowing into the next month).

If Lya stays with us for looting, that's still 8 days to split between other things.

Vee should go back, we promised to settle some land for the Children. Dany should also, no sense buggering a perfectly reasonable schedule for her.

Lya should definitely do some research of the Dracolich, if only so it becomes more and more appealing to tack on at least a few days of it every month at a minimum.

After some fun chatting on the accounting sheet, I think we're leaning towards shifting things around a bit so we loot a bit less in Sallosh, and use the extra time to take care of the doomblob immediately, with Ser Richard, Dany, Lya, and Malarys supporting in Lys. We can then silence the spy if we're not going to follow that thread in Pentos, right before he arrives, and then Viserys has an extra day. I might advise moving up Runestone, since as it is we're just crossing our fingers and hoping it doesn't end up taking longer and overrunning into next month.

Lya will be able to learn two more spells, get three extra crafting days, and spend three days poking Amrelath as a show of good faith in starting that project.
