In human form, and accounting for the 28 points of Vile damage absorbed by his Heart of Earth spell, Viserys is still down 23 HP, to a total of 73 +28 temp.

Remember, also, that the Shaitan have complex relationships with the Djinn and the Efreet, each of which is more rightfully addressed as a Lord of Fire or Lord of the Sky than we are.

No, that damage can only be healed in a holy place. DP is currently reflecting the Vile damage on Viserys' character sheet.

I agree that we shouldn't obscure our origins here. They will deal with us differently if they know we're a ruler in our own right, even if they aren't particularly impressed by the particulars. The boon they offer us may be of a different nature, for one thing - a king has different needs than a merchant (not that they can't overlap). We're used to dealing with scum, but that isn't the case here and if we ask for secrecy we should get it. They'll also appreciate the trust we extend, potentially cementing an even stronger relationship between us.
This feels like the right time to reveal ourselves - behind wards, to allies, and wringing some benefit out of it. And I expect the cat will be out of the bag soon enough regardless. Better to get ahead of it.

Like DP alluded, however, us walking around with Vile damage might affect the perceptions of others. I think we should ask to visit a chapel or other consecrated holy place and get it healed by a party member ASAP, before we meet with anyone but the majordomo.

So, every time we use that title we are actually claiming to be a Red Dragon wearing a human guise? I see absolutely no way this could ever possibly backfire on us...
Or a dragon-blooded sufficiently powerful to defend that title against an angry Red Dragon.
It's vile damage, it can only be healed on consecrated ground, which neither Dany or Malarys can do, instead they know how to desecrate land.
