Dp, perhaps we can set the Sixth as Speech Day where we're really needed, meanwhile the festival runs by itself?
 
We're running into virtual day problems. @DragonParadox Can attending the festival for Viserys count as light duty for him? Squishing Runestone in at the end of the month also relies on Waymar using a virtual day to make the trip.
 
Also, in regards to the infrastructure projects, given the scope that me and @Azel talked about for the curtain wall, can the work Xor/Dany do on it be considered laying the foundations/moving the requisite stone rather than making a much smaller one? I don't expect one or two Lyre actions to get that wall done, but if we set up the base now we can continue to take actions on it and not have to worry about expanding outside of our first city district for awhile.

Yes, I doubt a 10m thick and 30m high curtain wall could be done in 12 days worth of allocated time. But we could probably do a lot of the transportation of stone.
 
I was arguing we don't need one quite 30m high, I recall, but we're definitely using one of our Lyre actions on it this month, so we'll see if we need to divert resources for it next month.

Looks like we need suggestions for Garin. He can work on the Merling King Temple, or do the visit Westeros and gather minstrels action.

Also, Viserys has two days of lightwork stuff. Should he poke the ancient tree a little bit, Transcribe books for the nights watch, or actually sleep a few days? :V

Then we can figure out how many galleys we need to move those sellswords down here.

We also have 12 Minor Actions. I think three are spoken for (baby adventurers poking Daemon's Folly, Valaena getting her dragon egg and told to carry it everywhere like some school project, and siccing Azema (with greater ribbon) and Arcadia on Greenstone at the end of the month)

Point. There are pros and cons there.

I also wish Dany could get more XP opportunities in there, but she'd have to swap with Lya for the PoA trip.

It's likely the same ritual we'd want to use to help the CotF. If we find other groups of CotF, we can bring our CotF to them, use the ritual to ensure pregnancy, and bring our CotF back (this is assuming we can't just abscond with any CotF we find).

Selyse also was fairly impatient even before we started working on it. I want to just wrap it up.

Edit: If others disagree, I'll probably cave on pushing it back another month. I just was hoping to complete it before Tyrosh.

I mean, the Children aren't exactly going anywhere either. And yes, Selys wants kids, but it can wait a few months. I get wanting to wrap it up, but having Dany with us is pretty important if shit goes down. She's one of the few who can fly under her own power and she should definitely be replacing Tyene. And also the faster she levels up the faster we can bring Elia back.
 
@spreadsheet - am I blind or is there not much (no) buffer included for the surprise catastrophe of the month occurrence?
 
We let the festival run by itself for the 6th even if it's the actual day of the highlights?

We have to set aside a week for this peeps. Or at least two days. The third and the sixth day.

You're not blind. Goldfish tends towards optimism in the schedule, which makes some sense given past performances. If something terrible happens during the festival (most likely time for it), a pivot to risk Molten Skies as a shorter trip is likely the best way to repair it.

And now I'm at work...not working. :p

It might look optimistic, but that's because we are allotting a lot of days to each major action. 7 for PoA, 10 for Illyrio, 5 for Runestone.

We could easily end up with a week or more of extra time just between those three actions if they don't run long.
 
How about we move the Plane of Air sched to after the 6th day? We can do the weirwood or fetch the dothraki in the meantime?

Day 7 to the 12th for the Plane of Air? Please?
