Not something I can answer OOC, but you guys will see son.
I'm guessing that Cersei will vomit up a torrent of boiling bile and flaming blood all over the Robertcicle when she sees the happy expression on his face, neatly preventing him from rising as an Undead monster.

Knowing that she actually brought some small shred of joy into his life right before the end of what should be her great triumph...that is going to burn a hole in her shriveled soul, I hope?

Do we intend to make sure that everyone knows how Cersi had Robert killed or just that she was responsible? Also when and how do we reveal that the kids are Cersi and Jaime's basterds and that Stannis backs us?

I think anyone (especially Ned) who discovers the details, that the children are not Roberts, and that Stannis has already kneeled would probably side with us as there is no one else with a legitimate claim to the throne to rally to. I think we could set it up such that the only real opposition to the reconquest would be the Lannisters, since I imagine even their allies will start dropping them like a hot potato given what Cersi did and once it is revealed that Tywin is geasing his vassals.

This seems like a terrible idea. We have no loophole in the things that bind Others to the void, and I don't trust the idea that we can break off fey the way we did Rina.

There is no loophole. Winter Fey chose the void, and could choose something else if we give them enough hope that the giant vortex of death atop mount celestia won't swallow all creation eventually.

The Genie have been working on "seperate people from Winter/Void influence" for many months now and we happily brought them sample after sample and had Rina work on it for quite some time as well.

I dare to say that if we find a willing candidate, we can make it happen.

Rina was a mortal when she chose them, that makes a difference for this sort of thing. I'm not sure that fey can break these kinds of oaths.

I guess if they think they've got it down trying to free one would be worth a shot, but I'm reluctant to give it any kind of magic connection to Rina's soul. It feels too much like playing a game of fey court dynamics and subtle corruption that the Others would be really good at by this point.

How on earth does Cersei find these things?
She's an endless well of spite in a dress, she probably feels like home to these sorts of people. I'd bet she stumbled over Frost Bite Kings-layer while trying to make one of her handmaidens cry during a morning ride or something.

She didn't, the Golden Shields did and captured her because they could not safely kill it. Cersei decided it would make a good murder weapon. Have 'Lyana' promise to be with him always and be his queen only to reveal it was all a lie as she killed him. It did not quite turn out that way.
They have a way to capture a being in a way that doesn't have them lose their mind when they are free like this. Lanna has her uses after all.

She probably has root access to their geases because she's a Lannister.
I really doubt that, Tywin is not that stupid and Lanna even less so.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's much less likely that Cersei has authority over the Shields than it is that they have not been properly instructed that she does not have authority over them.
So as long as she acts like she has power, people obey her because they assume it's true and her family-name and queenship kinda backs those claims enough that it is really hard for former knights or peasants to just tell her to shut up.
Automatic deference to high nobility is tragically common in this world.

That and it is highly likely pillow talk was involved. Cersei may hate Robert for his wandering eye, but she has one as well.

Please, no. I'm tired of plotlines involving Robert's Bastards

I hope at least that level draining decreases his fertility
Honestly? Given what he gets up to I wouldn't be surprised if he somehow had feats for that kind of thing. Seriously, he seemed to have children with every woman in Kings Landing other than his wife. His line is probably within spitting distance of shifting from "family" to "small ethnic group".

I don't think that's a good idea, supposing they actually had some sort of mind control going.

Even if we set aside the previous discussions we've had on why mind control isn't that useful long term we just saw this method fail. Sure the spite Cersei added wasn't that important objectively, but she was the one who set this up and it was a primary goal of hers. A method of control that gives you what you want in the worst way that it can isn't a tool, it's bait for people like Cersei.

This got to the be biggest fuck you that Robert could give Cersei, and the fact that the Void-Winter Fey proved to be a better company to Robert in his last moments than his wife MUST be immortalized.
