Can't magic mend that? Or really just mundane repairs. In some ways though there might still be wear and tear issues as the centuries wear on.

Sounds like something a Greater Make Whole spell might be able to take care of.In some ways though there might still be wear and tear issues as the centuries wear on.
We could make a company with a shop in each major city with some expensive "quick and easy" magic items like Greater Make Whole for comprehensive repairs (and several more minor items for touch-ups), and they could do a bunch of minor repairs on items other than Warforged stuff to take care of overhead (and act as an example to the Engineers entering the private sector from the military what kind of work they can do) for the company. And then a special division in the same company with fast transport capacity. If a warforged out in the boonies gets hurt really bad, he has someone send a messenger through the Imperial Postal Service to a branch in a nearby major city, who then dispatches a team to make the repairs.Sounds like something a Greater Make Whole spell might be able to take care of.
Rather than visiting healers, our Warforged citizens will just have to visit the local body shop for occasional maintenance. I imagine it will be a decent side business to supplement their normal sales of Warforged upgrades and fashion accessories.
They could also do minor cosmetic adjustments, including color changes, decals, racing stripes, and other flourishes. Edit: We could even market a similar service for fleshy peoples. The first DocWagon!
It's not a bad idea. I also suggest calling it WyrmWatch, for alliteration purposes. They could also do minor cosmetic adjustments, including color changes, decals, racing stripes, and other flourishes.
A DocWagon service would actually be something really neat for us to develop. We could call it DragonWatch or something and sell annual contracts to VIPs, adventurers, traveling merchants, etc. The initial purchase price would include a single-use limited Sending Stone / bio-monitor tied to a special Status spell with a Dragoneye Rune or Arcane Mark. Someone's life signs or HP drop below a certain threshold and a retrieval team is sent to rescue them.
That's perfect. It's not a bad idea. I also suggest calling it WyrmWatch, for alliteration purposes.
Well, the idea was that we'd just move in with a battle-group, raze the cities, and move on with the month, it all being a Free Action for everyone.By the way, Viserys and Richard have nothing else to do this month, but what about the other people we took with us on this week-long adventure?
Is this still a free action for them?
I think they should loose some progress-contribution on their regular monthly projects maybe.
Assuming no mistakes on the turnplan in the accounting sheet:Well, the idea was that we'd just move in with a battle-group, raze the cities, and move on with the month, it all being a Free Action for everyone.
Now? No fucking idea, we haven't been at it for too long, but...
Eh, whatever, I didn't keep track of people on this action anyway.
If y'all feel needing to penalize the Progress of actions for taking part in this one so fat, feel free to. Just dig up the exact people taking part before shooting off penalties.
*off to do homework*
Well, DP did state that 'some' actions wouldn't start before this Free one is over, for narrative's sake if nothing else.Assuming no mistakes on the turnplan in the accounting sheet:
Dany: In Hatred Ancient, a Soul Restored
Lya body 1: The Crown of Flowers
Waymar: Against the stars
Vee: Hells and Spears
Tyene: Hells and Spears
Rina: Fey Lore
Malarys Vanor: Hells and Spears
Yrael Elaenos: Expand Law Enforcement in Draconys (aiding)
Zherys: Establish Messenger Service in Orange Shore (aiding)
Glyra & co: Against the Stars
Azema: Against the Stars
Orphene Feylord x2: Against the Stars
Amrelath: Raiding on the plane of Fire
Teana: Teach at Scholarum
Thoros of Myr: The Swamps Dried
Melisandre: Hells and Spears
Tuin: Hells and Spears
Morwyn: Hells and Spears
Danar Crowl: The Swamps Dried
Alyssa Crowl: The Swamps Dried
Liomond Lashare: Into the Black Goat's Heart
Misfits: Hells and Spears
So there is a huge amount of resources that are supposed to be on the Hells and Spears action, and a noticable amount on the Against the Stars action.
Just bringing it up again, but we might be deciding on military deployment soon, and knowing the Scholarum results for last month beforehand could be useful.Vote closed, sorry about the wait guys. I was distracted participating in another thread and it left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth.

Equally abominable? How are rightfully vengeful undead, equally abominable with slavers and murderers, who rose because they couldn't accept the tables being turned on them?[x]Kill both sides since they're equally abominable.
I'm just dropping this since it's not a listed option, but some people might want to go for this.
We only have to twicekill them, undead can rise spontaneously from the once dead, rising spontaneously from the twice dead is much harder, so we just have to make sure, the Dothraki are put down like the dogs they are a second time.
Dead people killed in an avenged genocide return to avenge their genocide in turn.
I guess we could just burn and salt the entire Grass Sea with enough time and money?
(Salt has minor anti-Undead qualities, right?)
I hope you've got a good picture ready!will do soon. For now writing the daemon action from Dany's PoV.
Hmm... This could work if we convince the Sarnori to serve as bait, but that's probably not the wisest choice.
This is a good middle ground. We can try to hunt it whenever it's in Prime Material. But it's also grounds for what's essentially a wild goose chase since it can teleport wherever it wants. @DragonParadox, I am assuming this thing is under Mind Blank?[] A specialized wayfinder which can find the daemon when on the same plane
Oh, now this is good. It's a gamble, but it's good. It's useless if the daemon isn't on our turf, though. We can't exactly waltz into Abaddon to get at it.
Here's an edited version of the chapter, DP.Token of Darkness
Eighth Day of the Second Month 294 AC
Although it had yet to be decided which city of the dead would be the first attacked after their return from Kasath, Dany was not paying attention to those preparation just yet. Upon the table before her sat a piece of ancient bone, a knuckle-bone fit for a giant, never alive but dreadfully potent in death. It's twin had already been sent to the Hall of Horrors where it served as the seed for the newest trophy, but this would serve a graver and likely far more perilous purpose.
All around the bone were books, some ordinary enough, plain covers and fine velum, transcribed by trusted mages or calligraphy wyrms. Others were the sort of thing thing that came to mind when one thought of tomes of daemon calling, strange seals inked in blood and even more unsavory fluids upon parchment that most likely did not come from anything as wholesome as a cow. And that was not even the worst of the corruption they sought.
"Here, Your Highness, I found a resonance," Rina said, motioning to the bowl of blackened silver in front of her where a mix of salt and crushed gallstones from an unfortunate goat quivered and hissed. "There is definitely an association with lingering ends, but it's not just Death, but Sickness too. I think the one we seek served two horsemen by turn, before betraying them to the only masters who could be worse."
The princess nodded, then with a deliberate smile, she added, "Do you know why there aren't any daemon who embody death by treachery?"
"No..." Rina trailed off, obviously unsure where this was going.
"Because Abaddon would be filled with just their ilk," Dany finished the jest.
Alas, even with Rina to interpret the arcane impressions left on the bone in order to best find the escaped Daemon, the two of them could not forge anything near so powerful as the siren song of a True Name. The fiend could not be compelled to show itself in the middle of the Snare, but the bone might be carved into a lure of sorts which might tempt the fiend to show itself so long as the summoner seemed to be someone it would be able to twist to its ends. Alternatively, it could be carved into a needle that might point one to the quarry as long as both are within the same sphere.
Lastly, thanks in no small part to Dany's expertise in divination as well as huffing enough smoke and bitter incense that she could still taste it on her tongue, she had some notion of how to turn the bone into a scrying focus in order to try to translocate directly to the daemon wherever it may reside now, in order to capture it. That would give one some notion of the traitor fiend's sanctum, but at the cost of having to act at once stepping into unknown danger.
What is made of the Reaper's Remains?
[] A summoning focus to try to lure it where it can be slain
[] A specialized wayfinder which can find the daemon when on the same plane
[] A scrying focus to carry an attacking force to the daemon
OOC: You can only make one of the above before the Void wises up and breaks the sympathetic connection. Not yet edited.

@DragonParadox, to clarify, this scrying focus can be used multiple times, right? Or is this a one-and-done sort of deal?
I like the second option. It's not only safer, but it seems much less likely to alert the Daemon to the link. It can also serve as another source of intel, perhaps one more valuable than capturing the Daemon itself.Hmm... - Yes on the mind blank
- Technically yes, practically you can assume the near god-like daemon would try to do something to get rid of the connection after it saw the focus used
In that case second option it is. We just can't gamble on the daemon happening to be in striking range the one time we use the focus.I like the second option. It's not only safer, but it seems much less likely to alert the Daemon to the link. It can also serve as another source of intel, perhaps one more valuable than capturing the Daemon itself.
Using that Wayfinder, something like an Erinyes with at will Greater Teleportation could very easily triangulate the Daemon's position at any given time on the Material Plane. That could in turn lead us to other locations where the Daemon is visiting, possibly exposing Void-tainted agents and plots. It could be our unwitting informant. 😈
