i'd say let him die if we knew who the killer was but as that is an unknown i'd rather not do so, could make the whole mess a lot more complecated
Finding the killer really shouldn't be hard unless everyone involved is covered by a Mind Blank. Very few things can resist a Discern Location.

Sadly, we already have precedence of doing similar things before, where we helped them instead of letting this actually unrelated plot finish its course.

[X] "Heal him." You may regret it, to be honest, but anyone brazen enough to assassinate a high lord in the middle of a tourney has some greater intrigue at work than pure opportunism. Better to suffer the consequences of being too free with magic on those who might resent the help than allow your enemies to succeed.

We aren't locked into continuing that trend. There's a reason we're staring at this vote instead of blindly going through the motions.

[X] Let him die, offer Doran to resurrect him later
-[X] Hunt down the assassin and get to the bottom of this
-[X] Make a note to give minor titles to Lord Fowler's daughters as a show of our appreciation for his loyalty, there are plenty of small plots of land they could rule in Essos

What if he refuses to come back for us? Considering his opinions, it seems likely enough.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but Dany has the ability to Reach her Healing spell, yeah? Would it be too far away to disguise the gestures and cure him of his poison from nearby?

In which case we lose very little, since the main risk in her doing so would be exposure.

It'd look inexplicable though. which means these people would think it a miracle.

Better to have her openly approach him in the guise of an obvious foreigner, somebody who clearly isn't a worshiper of the seven but healed him anyways, undermining the point about the need for religious guidance and making them look ungrateful if they push.

If we let him die he'll be a martyr for his stupid cause. He'll be one either way, but worse if we let him die.
I'm more attracted to the option of removing him from the board. It feels like he'd be less annoying as a martyr.

For me at least I'd rather he die so that if he accepts a resurrection he'll be in Doran's debt, or if he refuses it he'll be off the table. Exposure is a rather minor concern, the issue is the Dayne himself having an annoying stance on magic.

If you guys want to approach him openly, go for broke. Heal him in the name of R'hllor the Red.

Ehhhhh... the risk of general sentiment stemming from that is acceptable when we could just later approach him and say Dany was the one in the crowd who healed him. Our reputation for truthiness isn't that bad. If we also discover who the assassins were, that's even better.
