So a 5 level PrC instead of 10? That's still well into epic levels which haven't seemed to exist so far.
For all we know, if the guess about her pursuing draconic ascension is correct, she could have room for one more level.

That or she ran out of levels and now she's trying to retrain or something into the appropriate class.

Yes perhaps she's in the position of our ancestors, something Relath should be very interested in for his offspring.

Re:Fiery Burst

From my only just now acquired and very spotty heat transfer coefficient knowledge, there's not really anything that can dissipate the heat faster than we can fire off another one so we should probably be able to bore through just about anything given time.

Now I'm picturing Cersei barricading herself in the Red Keep behind foot thick steel doors and Viserys pulls off this scene with his bare hand.

So a little off topic, but I was tossing around an idea for using the pressure light thing to drive a piston.

Take a hollow sphere of hardened adamantine, with a tube running from a hole in the side to a point halfway to the center. Plug the tube with the head of a piston whose drive shaft pokes out of another side through a carefully fitted/sealed opening.

Enchant the outside with an at will daylight spell(or something) preferably with some sort of timed action.

When the daylight spell toggles the outside pressure drops, causing the sealed gas to decompress and drive the piston up. Once the new equilibrium is reached, the light goes off, spiking the pressure and driving the piston back down along its track.

The rapid shifts caused by magical illumination changes could wear on parts, but hardening and careful pressure selection could mitigate that.

Then all we need to figure out is an actual use for all that free power in a society that doesn't use electricity. Maybe to drive clockwork industrial devices through a tiny gate?

Any of this worth researching?

Plane of Minecraft?

Neat in concept, but ultimately unworkable. DP clarified that the change in pressure is gradual and slow to increase or decrease. There are cheaper alternatives which would perform much better.

Hmm, now that weve got a good bit of Crafting outsourced and more crafters. Shall we make more Mirrorvision Mirrors and Prestidigitation Clocks? I kinda want to every Major City to have a Four Face Clocktower and the largest settlement in every Province to have a Mirrorvision Mirror and a Brazier.

Can we meet that in a Month or two? Plus Astral Currents Office eventually of course once atleast the Guradposts, Messengers and Inquisition base is done in each Province.

Basically a bit of pressure is off in the Crafting front so I want Magic infrastructure to catch up to the territory like the mundane is trying to do.

The preasure would spring back as quickly as the magic of the Delver's Light changed it, sort of like a law of arcane reciprocity. A quick change in one direction leads to a quick change in the other.

I think that other post was clarifying that slow changes resulted in slow shifts back. If we changed the illumination abruptly we'd get a quick shift back and forth in pressure.

still probably not a useful device for our context unfortunately.

edit: never mind, you're right @Goldfish , just found the post you were talking about. For some reason it didn't show up in the search tool.

We have some MirrorVision mirrors ready to distribute, but we'll definitely be crafting more. Arcane Clocks, too.

Not sure how many this month, though.

Dany's birthday is just three days away, ya'll. We happen to be in one of the most affluent and well traveled extraplanar trade cities in existence.

I think we should try to find her something neat as a gift. Any ideas for stuff we might find here which she would like?

The biggest chocolate Golem.
What's the point of animating a Golem if we will literally eat it all in a week? :V :p

Personally wanna see if they can make smaller versions of the City. Fortresses of Glass. Underwater forts maybe with some special Anti Illithid Wards . I figure we buy a small one decommissioned after the Illithid fled and between Legendary Proportions, Muleback Cords and maybe a Mythic Surge we could port one over to off the coast of Sorceror's Deep.

She is a a baby dragon at this point right? Find her the shiniest thing in the market. Sure we'll all play it off as a joke, but deep down her draconic instincts will enjoy it. :V

we could also use this opportunity to introduce a new toy to Planetos that could reasonably be available in the plane of water: a squirt gun. Some launcher + create water type effect that's explicitly useless for anything other than being a toy.

She could use it to connected to her peers over a game that doesn't emphasize her difference in mindset; or just shoot people who bother her without being quite irritating enough to earn spontaneous combustion.
