So, considering the number of armes and armor that needs to be created, have we created a streamline process? Like an assembly line, or something along with that thinking.

Lya fabricates everything en mass, and then we've got an army of smiths that handles custom fitting for each legionnaire. No idea how they organize themselves, but an assembly line sounds smart.
We'll have at least 3 separate interlude-series with reports throughout the month about their forces.
(The spies, the regular forces and drakes, and the fortress)...

Are rumors even needed in this case?
DP wasn't offering rumors at all, he was talking about presenting the report.

A bit dissapointed we got no news from the Dry Deep, but in this case no news is probably good news.

Going with this as while I do want to grant Maelor a dragon and title, he is a bit preoccupied at the moment, so it can wait till afterwards. That being said I want it to be a very impressive title (maybe Casterly Rock as giving a low born demon blooded slave the Rock would double as spitting on Tywin's grave, be an excellent show of how leal service can be very richly rewarded, and ensure that the heart of Lannister power is firmly under the Crown's thumb), since he is highly competent, loyal, and hard working.

Everfire dale is basically a magical industrial park. So we sort of have something, how they're organizing manufacturing past the steel ingots was left abstract as far as I recall.

It's definitely getting larger if not necessarily more complex. Apprentices being trained up, smiths immigrating and moving their whole practice to Everfire Dale and SD, and tanners and fletchers and horse traders and so on and so forth. The whole thing is basically a black hole for military/industrial trade goods and raw materials.

Needs are ever expanding, so merchants come into port, sell everything, then ship out to do it all over again, only with more ships and more cargo, which they sell all of, because our army continues to expand, which feeds into other industries that support the military-industrial complex, which requires more clerks and scribes and bookkeepers in all sectors private, governmental and military, all of whom need things like parchment, ink and quills or steel pens and clipboards, which attracts shepherds selling lamb skin and...

Basically, imagine the Californian Gold Rush.

I think that Lannisport was going to Theon, so giving him casterly would be kind of sucky since he wants a proper city. Maybe Novos or Quarth?

I though Lannisport and the Rock were distinct enough regions that it would not be a problem.

But if splitting them up would be inappropriate, then Qarth would be a good choice given it sits on a major trade route (so it is very wealthy), has a fleshforge (so it will be of strategic importance), and if the Warlock's are indeed of the Warlock class having a Warlock PC manage them would be appropriate.

Course, same result.

Hey, for what it's worth, I get it. Ordinarily I would say something like "conflict of interest" but I will point out quite reasonably, for the same reasons you haven't, that I have mostly left the characters up to DragonParadox's control. I don't tend to do anything that would contradict any plans he might have for them during turn actions, so that he has time to get his own feel for writing them. They're meant to enhance his story-telling, not be pigeonholed by canonized sidestories.

Also, because having a dragon gives more options to take Ceria story-wise, I voted for it. Because it interests me, beyond the sheer "firepower" aspect of it which is really useless to her at the moment since she can't leverage it in the places she's being sent. It's more the political and social aspects that are of interest.

I have the same concerns over Ceria IC that others do, I don't think she should get a grown dragon for reasons of loyalty, mindset and capability.

She doesn't like us or the Empire so she needs to learn more of both.

I think she should raise a dragon to bind her closer to the Empire, social and political connections arising from the process and being reliant upon Imperial resources to raise and care for a living thing, to share a bond rather than giving her a murder lizard full grown that is all too easy to see as a weapon before a companion.

While my ideal outcome is everyone raising their own Dragons the resurrected Dragons most certainly need to go to our very closest allies because they aren't just Valyrian Dragons they are Dynastically Targaryen Dragons.

[X] Maelor shall bind Melys, and when you take his pledge as a lord to client, you will ennoble him in truth.

Speaking of Everfire Dale and our expanding industry, we need to vote on what the latest Industrial Alchemy facility will produce. We only got one new Hedge Mage at the proper level to act as a Project Manager this month. I'll put it up to a vote tomorrow after the current vote is decided.

I think the general consensus was for more Liquid Ice? We're going to need a lot of the stuff for the attack on the City of Brass (I have plans...), so stockpiling now makes sense.

Since we have nearly 8,000 doses of Sleep-Smoke, we should consider retooling that facility, which will requires two week and costs 5,000 IM. It would let us get a short production run in, then ready the facility to start producing something new next month. If we do that, I would like to start the freed up facility producing Auran Masks or Healy Myrrh. Thoughts?

Here's our current production lineup:
  • Facility #1: Alchemist's Fire (2,700 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #2: Liquid Ice (2,250 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #3: Sleep-Smoke (3,600 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #4: Healing Salve (2,160 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #5: Healing Salve (2,160 per month)
  • Facility #6: Allnight (960 per month)
  • Facility #7: Alchemist's Kindness (72,000 per month)
  • Facility #8: Night Tea (720,000 per month)
  • Facility #9: Antiplague (1,800 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #10: Vermin Repellent (14,400 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #11: Explosive Packs (450 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #12: Explosive Packs (450 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #13: Explosive Packs (450 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #14: Explosive Packs (450 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #15: Explosive Packs (450 per month, Not For Sale)
  • Facility #16: Explosive Packs (450 per month, Not For Sale)
And here's our current stockpiles, which don't include the common Alchemical items we produce for sale to offset the cost of running the facilities.
Alchemy:
  • 7,750 Alchemist's Fire
  • 3,458 Explosive Packs [1d6 Slashing & Bludgeoning damage (DC 15 Reflex save for half damage) per pack (up to 10 packs can be stacked to create larger explosions), with every three packs increasing the blast radius by 5' and save DC by +1. 2 pounds per pack.]
  • 14 Flash Powder [Blinds all unprepared creatures within 5 feet of its use for one round (DC 15 Fortitude check negates).]
  • 416 Fungal Stun Vial
  • 13 Fury Drops
  • 121 Incendiary Catalyst
  • 4,713 Liquid Ice
  • 22 Rust Powder
  • 7,940 Sleep-Smoke doses [One dose affects a globe 10 feet in diameter on the first round, expanding outward to a globe 20 feet in diameter on the second round, and being harmless thereafter. A strong wind can move the globe of sleep-smoke. Type: Inhaled DC 15; Initial damage unconsciousness for 1 minute; Secondary damage unconsciousness for 1d3 minutes]
  • 103 Tanglefoot Bag
  • 225 Thunderstone
  • 10 Water of Unlife [A direct hit deals 1d6 points of negative energy damage. Every creature within 5 feet of the point where the flask hits takes 1 point of negative energy damage from the splash.]

@Smartphone I believe that the plan was to give Lannisport to Theon (naming it Greyport) and take Casterly Rock as a legionary military base.

Edit: The reasoning was that giving Theon Greyport would be a bigger statement to all Westeros than even turning Casterly Rock to slag and wiping out their name, the latter of which we are doing also.

So maybe give her an egg instead?
