Can we get last month's chart as a comparison to see how our numbers changed?

Hey, thanks.

Once I get home this evening and figure out how many new 5th level Hedge Mages we got this month, I'll write up a new proposal to further expand our industrial Alchemy facility.

Our net gain here was +1 Hedge Mage at the requisite level. One went to Level 6, and one became Level 5. But either way that's only one more capable of running a production line than the turn before.

And we've yet to lose a single one of them? Ever since we have the Shadow Tower, none died?!

...huh, I usually expect... idk, more accidental Demon summoning. But, m'kay, this is nice too.

Healy Myrrh? I want blocks of that stuff station in every Legions healing tent and every hospice in the Imperium if we can get the production running. It would just be great for triage in the even of mass injuries.

Also what about seeing if there are any lvl5 Hedge Mages in the Planes looking for a new cushy job? They cant be in anywhere the same demand as High Level Crafters right?

We haven't really deployed them in many battles. And their one engagement against Lys, they were protected behind like five or ten ranks of full-plate wearing soldiers, while mounted, or dismounted and behind the front line.

Against a very incompetent enemy force.

Statistically we also haven't deployed them in too many dangerous occupations, and their health plan is great. Better than mine IRL!

Hmm, that's not as much as I was hoping.

We're good on Explosive Pack and Alchemit's Fire production, along with Healing Salve and other goodies. What's the best option for a new facility? I was leaning toward more Liquid Ice for the upcoming City of Brass raid, but @Abhishek M's suggestion for Healy Myrrh isn't a bad idea.

Yep. They're not really intended to be deployed regularly, either. We're still in the process of populating our Mageocracy, so it'll be a while before they reach saturation at every strata of society.

Yeah, this new system kinda slows down the study-only leveling a fair bit.

But, hey, at least we get lots and lots people capable of supporting Legions with Grease and other basics now.
Do Liquid Ice, munitions are used up faster.
Agreed, those are all but a staple for our aerial forces in their raids on Efreeti.

@TalonofAnathrax, could you please give me a barebones run-down on how would adding more teachers (without Diplomacy or Profession: Teaching) and cl of ~6-8 affect the system?

We can make Advanced Lotus Clerics/Druids and set them in any amounts needed in Scholarum branches (all of which seem to dearly lack teachers), but I'm just not sure where is the point of diminishing returns.

We're also starting to produce enough mages of 5th and 6th level that we might want to start feeding them back into the Scholarium system as instructors.

Barebones?
Teacher numbers increases total number of classes, which means more dice rolled and so more total students generated.
High-level teachers are better than low-level ones when it comes to number of magelings churned out, and have more influence on which class the magelings get. For example a school taught by Teana produces more sorcerers and Hedge Mages than one taught by Druid Leshies, which would produce more divine casters (Druids, Archivistst, Adepts). And a school where both taught would lean towards Sorcerers anyway, because Teana is higher-level.

Basically having a level 5 teacher is much better than having no teacher. Giving them levels or Diplomacy/Profession:Teaching is a boost on top of that.

I'd focus on filling our schools up to the cap with weak teachers, and replacing them with stronger/more skilled ones as much as possible.

For more details, look at the sheets. It's honestly much easier to figure out than you'd think.
