I was thinking more Vital Coverage. But yeah. Also Ornate for the VS swords we gift to nobles?

But hmm...if you use Lightweight for Adamantium Fullplate would you actually end up saving money from the saved adamantium?
Those were armor properties, not weapon ones.

Nothing says we can't just make it pretty IC.
We could just fabricate nice and fancy hilts. We've done it before, mind you. Remember when Lord Brune showed us Felzath the Ancient Green Dragon's bones? We found the Adamantine Bastard Sword that killed him, and then we fabricated an ornate hilt of dragonbone on it decorated with the Brune family crest.

Alternatively, if we don't feel like spending the spellslots, we have hundreds of artisans at our beck and call who could do it for us. They're kept on retainer to resize armor for the Legion. They could easily be called on to pretty up armor and weapons for nobles if necessary.

@DragonParadox

If a construct is created with a breath weapon are we able to alter said breath weapon during creation?

I'd like to get Obsidian Minotaurs breathing Fire, it's thematically appropriate for them.

@Duesal @Goldfish We have 35 (+ 1) Erinyes' now, yes? Front page still shows 21.
38 actually, including all of the named ones, plus the 14 we Summoned most recently. DP needs to update the number shown, plus make a notation that 14 of them aren't geared yet. For now they're just using mundane Adamantine Thinblades, Mithral armor, and compound bows, though we could go ahead and equip them with PfE rings and Healing Belts.

Mereth and Sarell have their own character sheets, Leto kinda needs one (she's one Racial Hit Dice higher than the regular Erinyes).

The 24 we had before the most recent Summoning all have the same gear, with the exception of Mereth who has an additional ring and the three Erinyes assisting in the City of Brass, Sarell included, who are using loaned Mind Blank rings. The newest 14 are having their gear crafted this month and next month to bring them up to standard spec.

Fun fact. Including the Night's Watch and transfer students, the Scholarum has taught nearly 1,150 Mages since its inception.

On a battlefield scale? Pretty nifty and might mean the difference between a devastating tactic and simply an effective one.

On an economic scale the future implications are rather enormous...

Edit:

Personally, I'm still waiting for that day where we have a hundred mages unfurl a Scroll of Fireball and toast Winter's buns extra crispy.

Not bad... really need to hire some more soon. I want to be producing a squadron of fighters every turn.

I wanna be that guy. The guy with the planes. And the bombs. The person responsible for every time a Shaitan soldier goes "hell yes, we got air support!" which will be often, because paradoxically because of how economy of scale works, we'll never produce enough soldiers worth fielding in the hostile environments Planar armies can fight in naturally and with ease, but we can produce enough military hardware to get Efreeti generals tearing their hair out wondering where all the explosions are coming from.

I'm not done with the crafting schedule by any means. With the recent additions to it allowing me to shift stuff around, I'm sure we can get at least one more Wyvern in this month, if not more.

Going to have to set up another Specialist training program for pilots and mechanics. Think I'll have Beryl do the latter and Aradia the former next turn. We may have to add another Mechanic one once we ramp up production, but just the one pilot training program and two Mechanic schools would be enough to field an entire wing and change every three months, which is where I see our production peaking at for the most part.

Didn't we make a character sheet for Thoros of Myr? If so, I can't find it.

EDIT: Never mind. Found him.

@Goldfish @Crake some notes on VS weapons that need to be forged. We've talked about this before and generally agreed it should happen, but as far as I can tell we need to actually start accounting for it.

VS Thinblades for the Erinyes (38 total) -- 114 lbs
VS Arakh for Khal Rhango + three Bloodriders -- 16 lbs
VS Greataxe for Argo -- 64 lbs
VS Kukri for Bronn -- 2 lbs

Off the top of my head. That said there are a bunch of other PCs to consider. The Misfits and the Windward Society, for example, I would like to equip.

Obdurium
This incredibly rare and hard metal represents the pinnacle of nonmagical metal. Treat weapons and armor crafted from obdurium as adamantine, except for hardness (30), hit points (60 per inch of thickness, or twice as many hit points as a typical item), and price (twice the listed price for adamantine).
HP: 60 per inch of thickness; Break DC: 48 + 4 per inch of thickness.

Being Russian just as you are I would not buy that metal. Seriously, Обдуриум?!

Canon Omake: Cultural Exchange
Cultural Exchange
Seventh Day of the Tenth Month 293 AC

The stone giant collapsed at once into a form more suited for close confines, not that the Iron Bank of Braavos was without stately halls that could fit large audiences, more that the structural limitations offered no passage to beings beyond a certain height without awkward stooping involved. His eyes like gems appeared to smile more genuinely at Lady Keyholder Uraka Breolis than he had at any whom had been appointed to oversee matters of finance and banking between realms outside the world under the sun. That, she mused, owed in part to deftly managing the needs of state with the proclivity towards his counterpart in shifting the nature of the discussion entirely to one of altruistic bent.

She did not disdain Mahzarin el-Nasser bint Rhamar anymore than Mizra Shazaarim el-Amin did. They were quite pleasant to speak to, she privately admitted, a mind as sharp as Valyrian Steel but none of the same hard edge that carefully underlined every word of purpose the Shaitan representative of the Sultana appointed to the Board had ever spoken. But whereas the spirit of earth and law was careful to cultivate that relationship by being mindful of the concerns and passions of his peer, if only to ensure the Djinn were not pushed away from their military alliance they so desperately needed, Lady Uraka thought, she could tell it was her efforts toward steering such concerns to the ultimate benefit of the many, that is to say the War Effort and the State, which endeared him to her.

"Are such practices a real concern?" Mizra Shazaarim spoke with carefully veiled disapproval, such that it almost sounded like an idle question of no real interest.

"Unfortunately so. You must understand that things had not been so stable a mere decade ago," Uraka spoke, trying not to laugh at the notion of a Dragon bent on world conquest managing to bring stability, with the silent pang of a repressed part of her somewhat pained to know the world was mapped more in realized cruelties taken at face value as a fact of life, "...when the practical value of economic and military domination on the continent amounted to no more than maintaining a leading edge in the status quo and a strong navy. Edges which can be lost, navies which can be sunk. Loans to small businesses were of no true concern to the Iron Bank, and did not make up a significant amount of our portfolio, so I can say that we have had no cases of unfair dealings with factors able to afford our initial rates. That is for certain, as moneylenders among individual Noble Houses across Essos had filled that role thus far for all those concerned..."

"That is to say, the concerns of the Magisters, and their vaults in desperate need of more treasures," Mahzarin said drily. Then more firmly, "Such predatory business practices must not continue. They stifle the economy and strangle the still-birthed livelihoods of those who could have otherwise earned part of the market share for their trade on a level just above where they stood previously, or even on par with those offering the loans within a mere generation, perhaps two."

"To what end?" Lady Uraka rejoined patiently. "The current, more equitable state of affairs was earned through naked ambition and overwhelming military threat within the range of King Viserys' sphere of influence. Before that, should the Iron Bank have ever leveraged its not inconsiderable assets to serve that demand, you would have seen an upsurge in slavery to keep up with the change in the market needing to be offset by more working hands, and eventually open rebellion. The majority of the 'freed men' in the cities lived little better than their shackled counterparts for a reason."

"Yes, it is unfortunate that the arbitrators of such practices could not take in air without exuding cruelty with each breath," the earth spirit interrupted, and Uraka winced internally. Bad enough that she had to mediate from both ends of this informal union of purposes, the firebrands among the Braavosi Keyholders rattling sabers over 'close military allies' of the Imperium laying host to quantitatively more slaves than some Free Cities had at their height, even if, relatively speaking, proportionate numbers of those slaves were being freed as they were taken in by the Peerless Empire, and as it stood their policies toward such possessed were worlds beyond how even 'small folk' in Westeros were treated, those who could not even dream of things like moving to greener pastures before the Conciliator had woven his law upon that barbarous realm.

Uraka still wondered how such a backwards land could have produced someone with the talent, foresight and political acumen as Viserys Targaryen, but then the young man was more a product of his Braavosi roots than even that of his Valyrian ancestors, though... he had some notions that were particularly brutal, if honest and sometimes unusually fair. She sometimes caught him saying "subjects" in place of "citizens", though the latter was slowly working its way into his vocabulary with each meeting she held with the King, perhaps him lending more thought toward the fact that more and more of his realm operated autonomously than was common in the West, and that some of his ways of framing the world was ultimately of western thought compared to his sister, who was good as native Braavosi in bearing and manner.

When she wasn't acting like a small dragon.

"The Iron Bank will open itself to the idea of fixed loans at the following rates of interest in lieu of anything else being enshrined in law prematurely, as at this point the market has yet to stabilize, nor do I think it ever shall within the next three quarters with all the innovations coming along." She would urge the King to more carefully consider that matter during his next visit. It wasn't yet at a level where they risked total economic collapse, or anything worth going into a fit of hysterics over, but it was a fine line to balance, and some trades could be put out of business entirely if controls upon things like steel production were loosened even slightly away from military contracts. "It will at least encourage the Houses to start offering more equitable terms, especially as many of the potential clients who's concerns are shared with the more centralized administration and the Bureau we formed to oversee such, are even now accumulating large amounts of coin themselves."

"They're not enjoying the competition," Mahzarin replied after a pause, satisfaction tinging her voice. "Good, let their Notes speak to them more loudly than their conscience ever did, if that is what it will take. In the mean time, I will petition the King for an audience myself, to see to it those with interests in the Sky Havens in the coming days know that there are fair rates for loans in non-native currency, should they wish to take them. Many among us have been clamoring for products made by mortal hands--not just any mortal hands you understand, but those in the Garden. They're a symbol, one we both need," she said with a gleam in her eye, beaming at Shazaarim, which startled a hesitant laugh out of him.

"That I can agree to," he said pleasantly, lifting a vintage from Dorne in toast to the Braavosi woman. "To many other fruitful exchanges of culture." And many more dead Efreeti, Lady Uraka surmised, but matched his smile with equal fervor. If it lost the Iron Bank some potential coin from inconsequential business dealings where many among the Keyholders had sought to increase their margins with a stranglehold upon the institution, the introduction of such entities as the Elemental Powers had put paid to that notion. Every man for himself only works if there are only men to contend with, she thought with conviction.

Best to see after our own high-handedness before we get handed our heads on a silver platter.

I was under the impression you could communicate just about anything with a well-placed 'blyat', though...
Such level of mastery !
I am a mere initiate, and cannot yet command this dreadful power.

No, I will stick to "bear + Vodka + Adidas squat" jokes, and will let you all enjoy your superiority in all things Russian.

On another note, what are the next few interviews planned?

Very nice @Crake. I love how you wove characterization into what would have otherwise been a rather dry economic reality, not only for Lady Uraka as the speaker but of the Djinn and shaitan emissaries, their respective states as well as Dany and Viserys. The 'conquering dragon bringing stability' line made me laugh.

The Braavosi perceptive on Westeros was also nice to see in such detail, that will lead to not small amount of friction once Braavosi administrators head west after the conquest.
