Well, I was going to bring that up, but since it's addressed, I only want to know what she gets from it.
Maruts have quite a nice suite of abilities. While using the form, she would benefit from lots of neat stuff, including 50 Temporary HP, Construct traits, damage reduction 15/chaotic, darkvision 60 ft., fast healing 10, low-light vision, spell resistance 25, and the ability to use each of the following SLAs once; air walk, dimension door, fear, greater command, greater dispel magic, mass inflict light wounds, locate creature, true seeing.

And she can Extend the spell automatically with one of her Draconic words, so rather than lasting 16 rounds when she casts it, it can last 32 rounds.

All in all, it's a nice spell that Saenena is uniquely suited to using to the fullest.

I think it's time to start working on the turn vote, ya'll. :o

@DragonParadox I hope you've got a lot of interlude fodder for the next couple days. ;)

Apologies, I tend to miss things, so this might also be redundant.

Given the scarcity of diamonds, it might be worth making a Staff of Life – d20PFSRD - given recharge rates, it allows for 1 raise dead every 5 days. Perhaps, eventually, even one a legion/city?

We have access to markets on the Plane of Earth, buying resurrection diamonds aren't that hard, there aren't an unlimited amount, but there are a lot of them.

I have to say I'm sort of worried about the next turn, not so much that we will not be able to cover the sheets and such but that there will be little player investment in them. If at any point you guys feel like a simplification is in order do not hesitate to say so. I would rather have honest critique over silence any day.

Unfortunately, we use D&D 3.5 staves rather than Pathfinder's. We cannot easily recharge staves.

So far, we only have one recharge staff and it requires sacrificing stuff to Yss.

If it's handled over the weekend, I will be around.

By the way, the last few updates with Zherys have been excellent, and I liked them a lot.

Don't worry, DP.

We'll be able to put together a decent turn plan for our people, for sure.

It just might take a while to get background mechanical stuff worked out. Nothing should interfere with the story.

That said, anyone have any NZT I can borrow? :p

Don't forget to vote, y'all.

Don't be.

All of the underlying mechanics, the economics, the crafting, the summoning, the roads, the assignment of MirrorVision sets and Whispering Brasiers, the setting of our companies' offices, etc. - they have always been actively interacted with by only select few people.
And all of them together made the world vibrant, made all the things we do feel like they matter.

Now, of course, when people simply don't read the list of MAs I drop I feel increasingly annoyed.
But that has very little to do with mechanics being too complex, does it?

We'll write up the vote, some of it is already done, after all.

The turn vote will be posted tomorrow so I'd like to do an interlude today, but oddly enough given how expansive the world is I can't think of any story thread that really needs the attention, a lot of places that might to with a bit of touch up but nothing major that has been left unresolved.

So what would you guys like to see?

Hmm one could always look at what Joran has been up to? It sounds Light-hearted

DP, how are the Fairwinds? We were closer to them, but we sorta dropped them off in favor of Uthero who is richer...

How about the Kenib heir (Sweets' Nephew, the one who's mom we scared with a mirror)? He's seven or eight now and may choose to return to Braavos to claim his birthright now that new management is in placs.

I'd like to see a rumors post if possible, @DragonParadox.

...You did promise more plays
"Chainbreakers" or "Scholarum"?

We have seen a lot of Jon I would rather not write just spinning wheels that leads to subpar interludes like the last Sandor one

Still hoping for the Kyton.

Not much, just a look at how she's living in, or making her workshop, or dealing with her first customers.
Something to get a feel for her.

I still do not have a solid feel on her. I'm hoping to write her a little from the outside first before attempting an interlude

The Kenib air does not draw me, he's a dropped lot thread and I think there is a point at which plot threads need to stay dropped or we will never advance the story

The Fairwinds on the other hand mean Kyla and we've seen her pretty recently.

Sorry if I sound overly picky guys, I just want to be sure I'd delivering a good solidly woven story.

I would love to see a Saenena interlude.

Maybe her dropping her son off for his first day of class at the Scholarium?
