I think Egoo blocked me, can you get him to put it on the minor action list? Or send a lotus leshy I guess.

If we can put one in Celestia too that would be excellent.

Really rub how fucked stuff is in the old gods face.

And start actually rebuilding the land.
I was thinking a tree in the Xorn cavern first to get the Old Gods used to being in another plane, then a tree in the Opaline Vault in their gods district using the same method (leaving a few Leshys to care for both trees). After that I would go to the Plane of Fire next to grow Amrelath his own tree when he carves out his territory. That and grow Yrten a tree for his port city he's going to build.

I want to grow a tree in the celestial realms because I have a vague hope the Old Gods could help to try to pull things back together, but I don't want to accidentally poison them with unlife or whatever the hell is going on up there. The elemental planes are safer for now and a few months of having trees there should give Bloodraven a vague idea on whether or not trees in the Celestial planes is safe.

I'll ask egoo to add the artificial sun to the shopping list.

[] Grow some Heart Trees:
-[] Have a Heart Tree grown under your Xorn allies' care on Plane of Earth
-[] A tree for Rizz'neth (location and effects decided at his convinience)

Anything else?
Here's the current wish list:

Tree for Xorn in Plane of Earth
Tree for Yrael in Mantarys (Dawn Fruit orchard for Archon Therapy)
Tree for Riz'Neth in Sothoryos
Tree for Saan in Basilisk Isles
Tree for Wyla in Sothoryos
Tree for Lady Phassen in Myr
Tree for Sealord in Pentos
Tree for Sealord in Braavos (this one being a tree aside from their Silver Eye tree)
Tree for Opaline Vault in Plane of Earth
Tree for Amrelath in Plane of Fire
Tree for Yrten in Plane of Fire

For the trees in the Plane of Earth they need artificial suns purchased for them, as well as irrigation systems to keep them watered.
Ah... *looks at Pathfinder list of equipment*
Which one?
:V
No idea, dude.

Also, @DragonParadox @Azel, for trees in the Plane of Fire, since the Old Gods have fully subsumed the lava trees (and since water is kind of impossible in the Plane of Fire) can they survive in the plane like a lava tree would survive? Not necessarily by growing out of lava, but not needing water while there and using the light from the fire as a substitute for sunlight?

@tarrangar I have a thing about creating living beings who's forms a) only lend themselves to only being for their indicated purpose, b) lack thumbs or equivalent (ie. Telekinesis)

@zxzx24 I think we should grow in Earth first, then wait a good while before doing the upper planes. And... Rubbing in their faces seems a bit mean. I mean, they act in the context they know of. If we broaden that, I'm sure that many of the voices that are now quiet will instead go "AHH fuck" and try to help or something.

I'm feeling just slightly ignored, why do none want to talk about Bahamut or growing equipment creatures in the Fungus Forge, I get not liking the ideas, but it just seem that no one has anything to say about them at all, sorry if I'm sounding pushy, but I just get insecure when my ideas get no comments at all, it's worse than having them shot down, and it's a struggle not to go into tilt, and repeat them again and again.

If this is annoying, then sorry for letting my neuroses affect the thread.

Yes, the fire immune trees do not need water.

Real disappointing that the larger story has boiled down to grimderp. Hopefully we won't focus on it and the authors newfound love for edge too much, and instead just continue doing stuff in the mortal realm, cause we absolutely won't get to it before this quest dies, I mean look how long it took us to get here (how many IRL years and we are an above average mortal empire?) and we are closer to where we started than we are to ever being able to fix this.

I'm not touching Bahanut (what's for you guys to decide), but the living equipment is certainly posibile and an interesting idea

Personally, I'm leaning towards a Margery interlude, I'd love to see if Danielle has told her about the consequences of the Court of Stars implementing narrative causality in the Reach.

That can easily be fixed, just add some shape-changing abilities, so they can turn into a form that allows for independent action outside of battle.

It even have a dual use, in if a weapon creature is dropped, or a troop die while their armor yet lives, they have a chance to get to safety behind our lines.

Is it something we can just make, or do we need a research action to design them?

I frankly agree it's time to tap on Bahamut and see what's up. Maybe after the Golden Company gets shanked for narrative flow.

Stop.
Just fffucking stop.

...Can you stop?
Having read through your comments since Concalve, I want nothing but calling some mods down on you.
You seem very purposefully grabbing onto every single case of anything potentially unsatisfying, and firing upon DP and Azel from there.

And trees that survive underwater would be an interesting research idea.
I was literally just thinking about that. :)

We have an avenue for it -- we have entire copses of this thing called Waterwood on our island which is apparently highly resistant to saltwater, if not outright immune.

If we research this, we could potentially get underwater Heart Trees tended to by Seaweed Leshys.

Azel wants to do the introduction of Heaven's Shore so I was thinking of doing a Maergery interlude, though I guess I could also close the vote and do a voting interlude if you guys prefer.Maybe the City of Brass. What do you guys think?

I want to see what the Littlest Tyrell thinks of Targaryen foreign policy. :V

I dont know about the others but I am not touching the bahamut argument with a 30ft pole. I genuinely do not know the exact details of what happened but I remember being so pissed after the fact that Bahamut, just the name, makes me angry.

Edit: Made me angry. Past tense.
