It's not quite that simple. The raven constructs are so inexpensive to make because they look like ravens (something capable of movement flight and associated with wisdom) A launcher which is basically a weapon is not naturally capable to either independent motion or thought so to make it fire itself you would have o make it an intelligent weapon (vastly more expensive than a small construct).
It all comes down to the Law of Sympathy, it is far easier to make a +1 crossbow out of a crossbow than it is do do the same out of a block of wood. That is why so many constructs are humanoid or at least imitate other living beings.
Like, being clear here, the idea I have for launch item manipulation is going to be pretty darn expensive if I can ever get the mechanics to synch up. Then again, I'm basically trying to build a Lawgiver out of magic.
No but she is getting close. If you take her out adventuring a few days next month it should help with that. She got Lys to the point where it would not explode in her brief absence.

Maybe we should make a conversation for that. I've got a few ideas myself for manportable weapons and would like to codify the different "Launcher Items" we already got in use.
Here's a list of items for Hermetia to commission from the Opaline Vault, @DragonParadox. The total price comes up to 25,000 IM. We can give her a Greater Ribbon of Disguise and Handy Haversack from our stockpile right now for free.
Amulet of Tears (w/+2 Resistance bonus to saving throws) - 1260 IM
Earrings of Arcane Acuity (upgraded w/Third Eye of Clarity effect) - 1450 IM
Gloves of the Starry Sky - 220 IM
Shadow Cloak - 1100 IM
Soulfire Bracers (w/Bracers of Arcane Freedom effect) - 5690 IM
Upgrade of Anklets of Translocation to be Slotless - 280 IM
Upgrade Boneward belt from +1 Constitution to +5 Constitution - 4800 IM
Upgrade Ring of Untarnished Glory from +2 Charisma to +6 Charisma w/+2 Wisdom and +1 Intelligence added - 7400 IM
Veil of Allure - 2800 IM
EDIT: Oops, she already has Anklets of Translocation. Upgrading them to be slotless instead. Same price, so the total doesn't change.

I'm still bashing the stuff together on my end, but I certainly wouldn't be opposed to seeing other ideas and putting some proper codification into use for our Launcher Items and the sorts of ammunition they can throw.
Just adding +1 raises her Intelligence to 14, which is far superior to the average muggles. And it only costs 200 IM. Raising it to 16 would cost 1800 IM. DP gave us a budget of 25,000 IM and there's not enough in the list I provided that could be cut out to make room for the additional expense.
We're also boosting her Wisdom to 12 which, in conjunction with 14 Intelligence, should serve her well as a ruler.

I disagree. Not only is Hermetia low level, she has shit HP. 7th level with 33 HP...it makes my teeth hurt.
She needs to be able to take a little bit of damage and boosting her Constitution is the best way to do that. How many assassination attempts have there been against her so far? Two, or was it three? I would rather her be tough than smarter, when right now she's not tough at all and still pretty smart.
If that's what ya'll want, though, I can rearrange some stuff. Show of hands?
The brokenly good one. I agree that they're, well, really fucking good. Unless @DragonParadox rules it out, though, I don't have a problem including it. Of course, I've already got plans to equip our other people with them after next month, if possible.
@DragonParadox Due to popular demand, here's an updated list of items for Hermetia to commission in the Opaline Vault. The new total is 24,926 IM.

After looking at the shadow clack I think it may be a little too good for its price. I'm inclined to change it from an immediate action to a swift one making it basically better anklets of translocation. Under the circumstances you might want to change one or the other.

"An interesting notion, one I shall certainly take under consideration." Flashing a brief smile, you add: "As it somewhat fits with my own ideas on the matter, how could it be something other than good after all?"
The words draw a surprised laugh from the girl, some of the tenseness fading from her shoulders. Good. Whatever the circumstances she had come into your guardianship by, you would not want the girl uneasy around you, all the more so as she might one day ride a dragon rather than a griffin.
"My final decision will be announced at the ceremony," you finish, the words a gentle dismissal, not so much for the sake of your schedule but because stopping halfway down the steps had made for the crowds gathering all the thicker to listen in on your conversation. If there was still one particularly unobservant person in all of Sorcerer's Deep unaware of the identity of the winner of the joust, then there certainly will not be by this evening.
"Thank you, Your Grace," the girl replies, departing with a spring in her step.

When Ser Richard hears whom you intend to contact and how he just sighs, though one could read a tome's worth of meaning in the sound. He rises from his seat and straps on Oathkeeper, not that you think to object. The Faceless Men are not to be taken lightly. That your disguise held once does not guarantee it will do so again, though you have hope that consistency and care will allow you to satisfy your curiosity about the dead mage bound in amber and the assassins themselves.
It would, after all, hardly be unusual for Master Liu to bring a guard to such a meeting, and the knight's veils and wards are no less than your own. Briefly you had considered taking yet more of your Companions along, but with each one you would seem more suspicious and arouse more suspicion in turn. One guard, one shield is all you will take into the twisting alleyways of Lys, though Dany and the others are but a thought away, bound by tendrils of subtle magic that would summon her at once if things go ill.
Entering the Gilded Tankard you find about what you had expected from an establishment in one of the more prosperous parts of the city, catering to craftsmen and artisans, with the odd member of the city's bureaucracy added in for seasoning. Golden light flows in through the narrow lead-lined windows and a faint lilting sound of a minstrel plucking at the lute strings flows through the room.
Two months ago the singer would have likely been a slave, playing as his master bid, yet now the coin thrown at his feet are his to keep, you think proudly.
Still, this is not the sort of place you would have imagined you would find an assassin... for that matter it would not be that common a place to find the likes of 'Master Liu', though the note you had received had thoughtfully included a suggestion that you dress down somewhat and give no sign of obvious magic for the meeting.
You take a seat at the table farthest from the door as instructed and wait, curious to see who will join you, what masks they would wear, and most importantly what secrets they might share.
The wait is not long. A man with the look of young journeyman, a tailor by the cut of his cloak and doublet, takes a seat beside you, his look of open joviality so genuine you might almost think that he is not your contact at all, until he speaks your name, your mask's name at least: "Master Liu?"
"Yes," you nod politely.
With an flick of his fingers almost too quick to follow, and much too quick to read for arcane meaning, the buzz of the conversation around you becomes indistinct, the figures of the other patrons blur as though seen through thin mist. Likely a bound spell then, though that does not necessarily mean the man before you is not a mage.
"They will see what they expect to see," the Faceless Man says, not with pride in the deception, but simple conviction. "I have many questions and perhaps a proposition at the end, but given that you have come here at my request it is only courteous for me to answer your questions first. I cannot promise that I will answer all, but I vow to speak no lies."
"I have found the world much changed of late, dragons in the sky and devils sulking in the dark, old evils peering from their dusty tombs. I would know your thoughts, the thoughts of your order on the way the world has changed..."
"We serve Him of Many Faces and he is unchanged through all the turnings of the world, we remember where many have forgotten and we stand watch against those who would try to pervert His work. Of dragons lesser and greater we care little, so long as they do no trouble us. Devils and other fiends are not our concern save when they would impinge upon a contract great or small..." The assassin's voice is soft, though not the chilling hollow monotone you had heard from the lips of his fellows before.
"Would such a contract be the protection of Braavos?" you guess, remembering the Sealord's arrangement to have some of the Faceless sent to deal with the living dead.
"Yes," the briefness of the answer makes it clear he will not or cannot speak more on the matter.
"And other perils?" you ask instead.
"There are some we alone remember, things that slumber amid moldering bones and curdled blood but are not dead, things such as he whom you slew, Wisdom." The Faceless Man inclines his head in a gesture of respect. "There will ever be those who by their pride poison the world, who in denying the Final Gift spread their blindness to others, like a plague, like a worm of the spirit."
How fortunate that you did not have to bring up the living dead yourself, least Liu seem suspicious. Now you are free to ask of the various sorts of the dead the Qartheen man had supposedly encountered in his journeys, from simple puppets of bone and flesh, to the vampires and undying soul-trapped mages whose schemes span the ages.
The answer you receive seems at firs to be rather shallow, the greater the dead one's might the greater the peril and the violation of the will of their god, but as the assassin explains the contagion of 'false-death' in terms of more than bites, scratches, and willful rituals, you realize that his knowledge of necromancy and thus that of his order must be much broader. He understands that the more waking dead there are in one place, the stronger they are, the easier it is to call more and more until all the world is Charnel House... like Sallosh that was and is becoming.
He had probably not meant to reveal the depth of his worry over the horrors of dead Sallosh, but so he has. Had they tried to infiltrate those macabre fortresses? Had they failed or succeeded only in part? Each question spins new ones.
What do you do next?
