Right. Let's see what we got:

1. Team Dragon - Amrelath
2. Team Arcanum - Aradia, Mercy, Nuri, Mereth
3. Team Inquistion - Varys, Mia, Anya, Shara
4. Team Snake - Riz'Neth, Svitran, Guardian Naga
5. Team Tree - Skarbrand, Soft Strider, Break-Bow (?), Thenn (?)
6. Team Red - Melisandre
7. Team Blue - Blights Bane, Breathtaker, Dragon Turtle, Nereid / Water-Elemental Bard
8. Team Knight - Bonifer Hasty, Benjicot Brown, Balon Swann, Darkstar
9. Team Outsider - some group around the Shaitan noble
10. Team Ringer - Valaena, Asha, Theon, Walder Black
11. Team Misfit - The Misfits
12. Team Weird - Teana, Wylla, Glyra, Paladin of Tyranny Erinyes

I would further add:

13. Team Fey - Moonsong, Fey-Dragon, Plains-Fey
14. Team Scholarium - an assortment of Scholarium casters
15. Team Windward - Aubert Flowers, Grazdan the Grim, Korn Redmane, Lohos Saan

So we need only one more team.

@DragonParadox, can we do proper brackets this time instead of rolling the next match-up before each round? That would increase the Hype.
Melisandre on her own is weird, IMO.

If she's not outight trying to kill her opponents, she will be seriously handicapped purely based on action economy.

We never did promise to keep everything fair, after all... They already got through the first few rounds easily, now we can stack the deck to make things more interesting/fair for some.

Updated proposal:

1. Team Dragon - Amrelath
2. Team Arcanum - Aradia, Mercy, Nuri, Mereth
3. Team Inquistion - Varys, Mia, Anya, Shara
4. Team Snake - Riz'Neth, Svitran, Guardian Naga
5. Team Tree - Skarbrand, Soft Strider, Break-Bow (?), Thenn (?)
6. Team Red - Melisandre, Thoros
7. Team Blue - Blights Bane, Breathtaker, Dragon Turtle, Nereid / Water-Elemental Bard
8. Team Knight - Bonifer Hasty, Benjicot Brown, Balon Swann, Darkstar
9. Team Outsider - some group around the Shaitan noble
10. Team Ringer - Valaena, Asha, Theon, Walder Black
11. Team Misfit - The Misfits
12. Team Weird - Teana, Wylla, Glyra, Paladin of Tyranny Erinyes
13. Team Fey - Oberyn, Drizzil, Plains-Fey
14. Team Scholarium - an assortment of Scholarium casters
15. Team Windward - Aubert Flowers, Grazdan the Grim, Korn Redmane, Lohos Saan
16. Team Spider - Drow Assassins

Hmm OK We would have to sort them by rough skill, so we don't just have Amrelath stomp on the knights on the first encounter or something.
Eh. That could happen either way. Ultimately anyone who is going against Amrelath is in for a world of hurt, baring a few very specific teams. But bunching all of those up and having a walk-over as a finale would also be boring.

The Drow assassin team needs some filler. The Wizard has some really nice buffing potential that would let him boost an entire team with multiple spells with a single Standard Action. It's a shame to waste that.

if we do brackets we could rank them most likely to least likely to win. Then Amrelath would fight the knights in the first round.

Just randomize it. Somebody will get the short end of the stick and have to fight Amrelath, but that's just how these things work.

Any kind of pre-grouping will just lead to the most important fights being the first two against Amrelath, with the winner of that stomping the schmucks from the other brackets into the dirt.

By the way, @Azel I think Melisandre should compete alone, if she does at all.

She though she could take a full party of ours and I think DP didn't make her too overconfident.
She doesn't need a Warpriest-meatshield like Thoros added in.
On the other hand, I think the various religious teams would show up in force.

Thor's and Mel at least, maybe with two of Fiery Hand to round it out.

She isn't active right now, right?

She can always use fake appearances for her work and have some fun in her real shape here.

Most people can't tell the difference between a Tiefling who got lucky on the heritage and her anyway.

Most people no but there will be quite a few mages in the audience, on the other hand the planar terminus is open, she could just pretend to be a visitor. It can work, though I will put it to a vote IC with Azema asking you. she is not going to repay Viserys for her nice vacation by potentially outing herself out of the blue.

Umber does not have much of an incentive to compete now that he got his daughter back. Currently he is just enjoying his good fortune. I'm not sure if Bonifer would call him in on that promise under the circumstances.
Would Balon Swann be actually comfortable being on the same team as Darkstar? Stomlander and Dornish, and all that?

Otherwise Mors could fill his spot.

Though it would be also rather neat to see that particular axe being buried unceremoniously when they see what exactly the other teams are, realizing that they are not so different.
