@DragonParadox, according to your earlier posts, Vee figured out the installation of armor mesh Varys had under his skin, but we never got any concrete numbers on it since.

It has no ASF and offers as much protection as a breastplate (+5) as natural armor.
No, nut Vee figured it out the installation as she was cutting it out of him.
How much does it cost to make, again? What's the installation process?

ASF 0% and +5 natural armor is kinda crazy good, but we have very good capabilities for growing biological and pseudo-biological things ourselves too now.

Guys, Balon didn't join the Kingsguard until Preston Greenfield died in the riot, and that was right before the Battle of Blackwater Bay. He wasn't involved at all with this stuff.
Huh? I thought it was Kettleblack that replaced Greenfield, and that Swann was part of the Kingsguard since Robert.

In my defense, Joffrey and Tommen were really running through Kingsguards.

@DragonParadox, out of curiosity, how did Balon Swann expect to keep his identity hidden if he banked on winning?

I bet it was meant to be a dramatic entrance and amazing speech about loyalty to the true king and what not.

That works too, you can just hand them their other prizes now and deal with the land later.

So something like "Here is the physical rewards" and later on calling each one and giving them land? Are we doing the land grants privately or publicly?

The archers are perfectly good PCs to use to clear out dungeons.

Baked in means part of the same action, not a separate one. And I'd thank you to actually pay attention to my reasons for wanting this. Quality of life matters, on a whole bunch of different levels. This is giving reasonable attention and care, nothing more, nothing less.

So in short, kindly back the hell off. I don't object to your pet projects, the least you can do is give me the same basic courtesy.

Didn't DP already say she had no problem being slightly cooler than usual?

If you want her to be "normal" that's another thing but I do recall him saying something to that effect time before last.

Which is when I began to have the same position as egoo on this, because I do care for quality of life, I don't care for "normal".

@DragonParadox, can we see the rough levels and classes of the archers?

We need to decide how valuable they all are.

Most of them do not even have levels they have attack values and maybe one special characteristic like luck re-rolls, or adding small bonuses after a missed shot. I'll get to them in the morning, that said not all of them are adventurer grade. Some would probably run off faced with monsters.

Did this man take drugs? He ate the Ghost Grass but I swear if he has been doing this tourney high I will be so happy.
He did it once when he was young, supposedly... Either way, he is a lead for the Inquisition into whatever the Warlocks of Qarth are up to.

@DragonParadox, can we get an Inquisition report for which ones are candidates to face monsters? I'm hopeful for Break-Bow at minimum.

Rina definitely isn't happy being half dead and unable to heal with magic, she is more coping with it.

Easy there, we can always muder her under antimagic fields, or just prepare lots of dispels.
Keep in mind we are still fighting something with Draconic HD and 5 bite attacks.
You don't want to go melee in an AMF with that, no matter how good you think you are.

For the current vote, Land for Balon, try to hire the number 2 and 4 and leave it at that with the archers.

She's half dead?
Really should have given her Tomb Tainted Soul or so to represent that, because she generally looks very much alive, if slightly augmented.

My reading of the matter is that she has come to terms with living as she is. That is not in any way the same thing as happy with it. I'm not looking for 'normal' here, I'm looking to give her the ability to make her own choice about what she wants to be, instead of being just tied to what she is now with no real options.

Edit: QM Faceless'd

Could everyone have a look if someone important is missing? Any opinions on this person or that being able to do certain actions or gaining a trait, please bug DP. I'm just keeping track of this, not deciding it.

Edit: My goal is to update the turn-plan template today, so that it gets a bit easier to read again. The NPC list has bloated beyond 50 people and the locations have over 50 actions too.
Azel, could/should we go a step further in abstracting? Assign the heroes possible action types (you did) and a progress values (like "4 per month), and assign them to a strategic pool like 'Government: 44 progress per month'. Use that to pay for actions we take.
Because manually tracking these and still more (we are currently recruiting more NPCs) heroes gets unwieldy.
Heroes we only take for a minor action (teleport in, kill stuff, teleport out) shouldn't impact a monthly schedule; and, obviously any hero we don't assign to the strategic pool can dungeon delve.
