Lya probably isn't interested in starting a war.

So this is a sharp arrow in our quiver against the court of stars...

They are 100% going to deny knowledge of and involvement in the diabolic pacts this guy made...

Then we slap them with what we learned at high garden.

Should be fun to watch the Fae realize "we don't know how infiltrated by devil's we are".

I thought the idea as to leave the to get rid of lord Florent and his heir without showing your involvement, letting them think it was fey, deep ones or someone else, so you would not be associated with the summary execution of a lord and his heir. That tends to make other lords jumpy. By Westerosi law and custom nobles deserve a trial.

Still if I misunderstood things I'm willing to retcon it.
Given that the Fey are complicit in the whole mess, I personally would have preferred to spread that knowledge and keep the Fey Lord in a bottle for processing. Not as if Lya can't use a false name.

I don't think that Lya would want to get into a PR fight against the Fey, honestly.

And the Fey can tell that she's Mythic? That makes sense, but it also sounds like a stealth nightmare. Mythic Ribbons of Disguise when? She is a Mythic Crafter after all!

I guess we could say that trials are for people we don't catch with red hands catching and sacrificing people to devils?

Did we give trials to the obvious cultists in Tyrosh?

Maybe she used Wild Arcana to capture the Fey.
Using Mythic power is propably more obvious than simply having it.

It just feels very, very lackluster to not only let the Fey guy leave, but also handing them the credit for ending the Devil threat.

I couldn't care less about the Florents or getting personal credit for this. Though I'm beginning to really abhor the need for secrecy.

If it had not been for Lya that would have been the fate of one of Alekyne's current victims, but the short sharp skirmish that followed his unceremonious capture had put paid to any notion that it would be business as usual. Aradia had shot the mounts right from under their riders and Lya's magic had bound even the prince of the court, Crimson Lotus.

At least those poor people would be able to return to their families, their memories of faerie muddled but their minds sound, by the auspices of a mysterious benefactor robed in white. Some would imagine her fey others sent by the Seven, no matter that Lya had truthfully said she was naught but a passing mage.

If nothing else Crimson Lotus deserved to die before the tree for his callousness.

Wait, so we have Crimson Lotus? I'll be damned.

@egoo, for next turn:

[] Visit the Orphne Court and catch up a bit with them. Then talk a bit about the Court of Stars.

The more we learn about this court, the more I'm convinced it's in dire need of some pruning.

@Azel, added. Stacks nicely with the paranoia-fueled bit I have added literally this morning
[] Seek out the part of Viserys' shadow traded to Braavosi Shadow Fey and try to acquire it (or whatever was made of it) to ensure no magic can be worked upon you through it.
