Oh in that case then a thought comes to mind. The leaders of the fey courts are technically kings so any creature made would have a distinct advantage against them correct?
Yes, but we probably want to wait until the Fungus Forge can make creatures somewhere around CR 16 or so. We do that and the Kingkiller template gets seriously hard to deal with.

Glyra isn't so common any longer. She is, more likely than not, the strongest Gremlin in the world. And she is the equivalent to a Few Queen. She only chose to form a Troupe rather than a Court because the latter would force her to stay in one place, which is contrary to her nature.
She's the equivalent in her court, but that's because it's made of other gremlins. To add in a fae of a larger hierarchy without being displaced she ends up in the 'eat an energy field larger than your head' situation, because she's not a real Queen. Even if we weakened him enough Glyra could beat him, narrative weight is important in what amounts to a fae dominance contest.

The fool becomes a Queen and a Prince becomes a fool. There's an interesting story in there somewhere.

I think the thing with Glyra is that she wasn't involved in his capture. She didn't overcome him herself, in no way, shape or form, so she lacks the metaphysical leverage to beat his face in and mug him for power.

Yes, pretty much the same as our... Shadow.... Tor...

@DragonParadox, what would be the consequences of having Shadow!Tor join Glyra's troupe?

Purely theoretically, of course :V

Oh, yeah, I remember that. Still surprised it was enough, though.
Dunno. One or two might have tested their luck and been kept hanging for the others to get a hint.
On the other hand, we do have a reputation for hanging nobles, so they might have known in advance that it would be unwise to test our laws.
Azema is redundant, they already have former CE.

They would need a devil, though something lesser than an Erinyes.
If we give her a bunch of Imps, would the Imps get "Commune with Glyra" as their ability?

The worst part is that this would be genuinely useful.

We'll need @DragonParadox to weigh in on that. Thus far we don't have an answer there.

You would need more corpses

He would go probably go insane from sheer frustration.

Anyway, vote closed.

  • [X] Plan Employ the Power of Awkward Silences
-[X] Look at Mace for a long moment, then over to Olenna, silently asking if they honestly expect you to buy that. Use this as cover to look closely at them with the Greater Arcane Sight you have up and True Seeing from your earrings.
-[X] "Yes... a lost raven. I'm sure the envoys you've send to Braavos and later the Deep similarly got lost on the road of life." // "It applies the salt evenly on the wound."
-[X] "However, it warms my heart to see such loyal bannermen as the Tyrells having done well for themselves in the intervening years. You even managed to get your own kingsguard. More colorful then that of the Ursuper too, but plain white is certainly something more befitting of dreary Winterfell then beautiful Highgarden." // Let's call things as they are. The Tyrells are making a play at independence or the Iron Throne with aid of the Fey.
-[X] "Let us put the false courtesies away then. I think we know where we stand with each other and it only remains to be seen where we wish to go from here. My path should be clear enough by now for all to see and between Paxter and his minder, this discussion should have come as no great surprise to you. It is also quite obvious that it is not me you wish to crown, though what remains elusive to me is the reason behind it."
-[X] "There are things not adding up. On the one hand, you court the Fey with displays of splendor and invite them into your home, on the other hand, you send away your daughter to perhaps the only court in the Reach where they have none. I was told the Court of Stars has helped greatly against various horrors besieging the Reach, yet a Devil lived in this very keep for months, unbothered by any of the higher Fey that could have detected it. You seek the crown that Garth the Gardner took from the Fey, yet hide that fact even from your closest allies."
-[X] "Is this an alliance of equals, or did you make peace with being the subordinate again for the time being? Is this plot your doing or are the Fey holding the strings?" Gesture towards the Fey knight. "Is he a guardian or a warden?"

DP stated a while ago that a few people misbehaved somewhat and where told by the lawmen, and I quote: "Your neck is not too fine for a noose, your highness."
Yes, but i am still personally surprised we have not had at least one participant. The fact that, with so many people of noble blood, that we have not had at leadt one idiot do something against the law and earn himself a pretty necklace of rope for their troubles

It doesn't count as "overcoming" if you chain him to a chair and let Glyra work him over with a crowbar.

It does count as light entertainment though, so carry on.
I was thinking of buffing her to the gills, letting her steal whatever spells she wants from us and the Companions, then putting both of them in the Circle of Battle.
