@DragonParadox @Goldfish Leila is going to need some actual combat spells added to her Spells Known if she's going to stand a chance in the competition.

I recall she either had learned some in the long period of time she was free to study in SD, or she set out to the minute she got back from Rhoynish lands, and either way it would have been enough time to learn half a dozen battle magics or more.

No issue with most of them.

Though Silure would be fine with not using her racial abilities to stun/blind opponents and keep it purely a contest of magical skill.

Then CL 7 Druid-caster wouldn't be innapropriate?

That said, we still need to vote on her levelup. @DragonParadox, could we have her study Runecrafting while the competitions are going on? She conveniently has Velwen of Thenn to poke at if she needs a study partner.

It's less that and more the "Oh hi you now have a verdant prairie habitat where I walk" effect on desolate terrain. Then again...isn't she the one looking to get lands close to where Oberyn is setting up shop recognised as hers? This could be the start of a wonderful relationship :ogles:

Within the boundaries of Golden Heart actually, so she would be Oberyns vassal.

Why does this sound like the beginning of Oberyn building himself a harem under the guise of administrating his land?

In one of my homebrew settings, a vast ritual effect involving every Bloduewedd, Dryad, Naiad and Bloduewedd Queen in existence at the time is the only reason that civilisation has access to material plane food. It was fun to write up.

Please hold for the shrieks of horror from the anti-fae involving the idea of them having a monopoly on food :V

Would he even bother hiding his harem? It's not like Viserys would care so long as Oberyn sorts out succession.

    -[X] Stall Ser Erren while you have Varys go and find someone capable of scrying discover what the Devil's reaction will be to us dispelling the clasp and if we'll need to move immediately to save Garth the Gross.
    --[X] If there is reason for urgency, tell Varys to look for Dany and Lya. They need to assemble a strike-tream for Brightwater Keep while you and Richard will make a short trip to Highgarden.
    --[X] Explain Varys disappearance as the little dragon having his own moods and leave it at that.
    --[X] Talk with Erren while scanning his surface thoughts. Have small-talk about the Reach politics and his family. Perfectly innocuous topics under these circumstances, but we should be able to figure out his position in the family and in regards to devils from the thoughts.
    --[X] If he is not complicit: Dispel the item and explain things to him, including that you had information that his family was likely involved with this and planned to take care of them soon, but his presence is moving up the schedule.
    --[X] If he is complicit: Wrap up the talk and send him on his merry way. Tell Garin and Malarys to engineer a cause to take him into custody under other charges, then dispose of him.
    --[X] If there isn't, dispell the clasp and ask the Florent pointed questions about what he was doing with such a potent magical device on his self. If the knight is complicit in his family's crimes, have him quietly disposed off. If the man is innocent, or at the very least wasn't aware they were dealing with fiends, explain to him what's going on and have him stay in SD until we move on the Reach devils and diabolists.
    [X] Be ready with a Bloodwished AMF
    -[X] Call our the Florent for bringing a devil-tainted artifact.
    -[X] If he is complicit, trounce him and the devils porting in.
    -[X] If not, dispel the cloak clasp causing the subtle but unstable enchantment to unravel and reveal the divination focus in full

That was always his intention if he was ever granted land.

Doran has it in his list of "in case of Oberyn" documents.

He had to have a cabinet built to hold them all.
