[X] Plan Cleaning Up Ambiguity
-[X] Refer to the maps for what area hides behind what name and this for what the titles mean.
-[X] Three Daughters Area
--[X] Tyrosh remains under the direct authority of the crown, effectively being folded into the Stepstones. // That's ours. End of story.
--[X] The Western Disputed Lands are granted to Uthero, who will rule them as Count. // Obviously, we use the Westerosi styling for him.
--[X] The Southern Disputed Lands remain open for now, potentially bestowing the Count-level title on one of the victors of the tournaments.
--[X] The Northern Disputed Lands, formerly under Myrish control, will from a Province and have a Magistrate appointed from the local Magisters. // This title being non-hereditary, it should cause some jockeying for the position among the locals in the long term.
--[X] Found the Governorship of the Disputed Lands (name pending change), with Uthero appointed as the first Governor and the provinces of the Western, Southern and Northern Disputed Lands under it's jurisdiction. // Non-hereditary office. This placates the Myrish, as it means they might get control over the whole area once Uthero steps down or dies. The Inquisition will take care that nobody is helping that along.
--[X] The ruling council of Myr will be formalized as the Archontic Council, taking over the Archontia of Myr with dominion over the Thaemes of the Eastern Flatlands and the Daughters March.
---[X] Lady Phassen will probably not like the loss of the Northern Disputed Lands, but we are already pouring a lot of money and effort into fixing up the two provinces left under her care, so she has a net-gain here. Also, the Myrish retain a lot of autonomy, as they can set up the Archontic Council and internal organization as they please within the boundaries of Imperial Law.
--[X] Set up an Vaeros on one of the smaller islands of Lys on territory seized from slavers and award Hermetia the title of Vaeroseia over the area.
--[X] Lys as a whole remains under crown authority as the Province of Lys, with Hermetia appointed as it's Magistrate
--[X] Golden Fields remains under direct crown authority for the time being, with titles in the area and the Count-level title potentially handed out to tourney winners.
-[X] Central Essos
--[X] Formally acknowledge the Province of Mantarys, with Yrael as the Magistrate.
--[X] Create the Province of Draconys, for now held by Yrael as the Magistrate. Titles in this area may or may not be handed out to tourney winners.
--[X] Create the Governorship of Mantarys, with Yrael as it's Governor. This governorship has authority over the Province of Mantarys and the Province of Draconys. // Since Yrael want's to step down long-term, no point in making his titles hereditary.
--[X] Secret Addition: Once the Painted Mountains are brought into the fold, the Governorship of Mantarys will hold sway over it.
--[X] Formally acknowledge the Thaeme of Tolos and Relath as it's Thaemos.
--[X] Create the Governorship of Tolos, held by Relath as it's Governor. This only entails the Thaeme of Tolos for now.
--[X] Secret Addition: Eylria, Borash and the Isle of Cedars will be added to the Governorship as they are conquered / annexed / colonized.
-[X] Sothoryos
--[X] Formally acknowledge the Thaeme of Naath, with Wylla as it's Thaemos.
--[X] Create the Thaemes of the Western Basilisk Isles, The Three Snakes and the Eastern Basilisk Isles, all with Salladhor Saan as their Thaemos.
--[X] Create the Archontia of the Basilisk Isles, containing all three Provinces and the as of yet uncolonized Thaeme of Gogossos, all under Salladhor as it's Archon.
--[X] Wylla should consider if she wants to be the immortal ruler of Naath or if she would prefer another arrangement. She will also get a claim on the Isle of Lice, Basilisk Point and the Western Jungles later on, when we have stabilized the islands and have the resources to claim the mainland.
--[X] Salladhor should get his family and bastards in order before the area explodes into claimant squabbles.

That should sort everything out.

So, about Marwyn: his interlude on page 3760 showed him going around playing adventurer in the Westerlands, backed by unseen allies who could have been Bloodraven's ravens but could also have been imps.

I really want to investigate him now. He probably has a whole lot of class levels! And it's been hinted he's going to incredibly dangerous places: off-Plane?
Hell, if this guy is a level 17 wizard (probably with a PrC like Incantatrix or Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil, because fuck us) with Mythic Ranks 1 (Archmage) I wouldn't be surprised.

On the other hand, he could be a level 7-11 wizard. Why knows? We certainly don't. Let's learn more about him !

[X] Azel

So everyone keeps doing what they were doing but this time with fancier titles?

Ah beuracracys.
Not quite.

- The Disputed Lands are now officially their own thing, taking territory that was formerly Tyroshi, Lyseni and Myrish
- Uthero gets his keep.... and 8.758 million unwashed peasants for that authentic Westeros feeling
- Mantarys ruling over Draconys is formalized
- Relath gets a note what additional lands he will have in the future, the expansion there being currently halted to not stir Slavers Bay ahead of schedule
- we are pretty much permanently annexing Lys
- we are definitely annexing Tyrosh
- drawn the line what Salladhor and Wylla will get in Sothoryos, with the latter having a lot of land to look forward to and the former not so much, but he already got a huge swath of islands for himself, so that's fair

Lastly:
- made it clear who is doing what and if his / her kids will do the same or not... FINALLY...

@Azel - what do you think of my idea with distributing baronies in the Disputed Lands and Golden Fields to those who distinguish themselves in the Tourney? Having landed knights set themselves up in rural areas will both developed and be increase our control of the lands while earning significant acclaim and political credit in Westeros.

I've made some annotations in that regard. My main areas for baronies are the Western and Southern Disputed Lands (not the Northern, since I don't want to push the Myrish more then necessary), Golden Fields and Draconys. Especially Draconys to be honest, since that area is next to Valyria, so warrior nobility will have quiet a bit to do there.

Long-term, I would do the same in Sothoryos, but for now I don't want to hamper Salladhors efforts to get his clan in order by handing those out.
