Remember, Daenerys has Persistomancy and Pact spells active and this asshat isn't in full masterwork armor. Her AC and attack bonus should utterly outclass him. If she fought unarmed she would lose due to AoOs, but wielding an improvised weapon (like a chair) she should win every time.

DragonParadox is the Second Legion called Chainbreakers after the battle for Lys? I thought they were called that but cant find it on the sheets on the first page. Did I get that wrong?
And can we link the Mythic Paths for Viserys and Lya (If Snowfire's finished it) to the character sheets threadmark like the custom prestige classes are?

1. Will the Tyrosh and Naath Scholarium finish this turn? I think you've confirmed that, but I'm not sure.
2. How much progress would we need to study the Naathene butterflies, the sickness they cause and especially the peculiar immunity that the Naathene and Brindled Men have to it? Asking for a friends bio-weapon program.

I assume this is intentional, and Randyll will probably take it as such. Trying Westeros and Essos together through more than just being under the banner of the Three-Headed Dragon. We should also start bringing up the idea of marriages to loyal Essosi families who've earned our regard in one way or another.
I like this part, especially the Queen of Thornes bit. You might want to change 'siege a castle' to 'sitting out the war' or 'holding feasts,' as technically Mace was fulfilling his obligations and if we're calling him out for his bullshit we should be explicit in what he did wrong.
You could also mention rulers beyond the Hoares and Tullys. The Justmans gave it a good shot, the Mudds tried, the Teagues fucking failed spectacularly, and the Baratheons flopped. So many examples to prove our point.
You repeated settlers twice. Otherwise, this is fine.
Why mention 'rumors' at all? Just say if he cooperates Winterfell and the Starks will retain a degree of influence and land.

The butterflies of Naath, or more precisely the deadly fever they cause, has long been the greatest defense of the island against Ghiscari slavers. Now though, their presence makes it difficult for new settlers to come to the island, as they lack the immunity that Brindled Men and the people of Naath have. Learning more about these creatures and the sickness named after them could greatly help to make the island more prosperous. Of course, there is always the chance that understanding the immunity might open up paths for less peaceful applications of that knowledge.

They can use specific spells, which have specific effects. I'm not quite getting how bio-weapon research is supposed to make them stronger.

1) Will there be issues selling PfE items? Or should we stick to PfC, just in case?
2) We have a lot of Efreeti Wrought weapons and armor in our armory. If we remove any makers makers or unique features, would we have any issues reselling it in the City of Brass?
3) Can non-Efreeti even own/lease decent property in the City of Brass? I really hope so, or my plan is dead on arrival.
4) Is Liquid Ice a contraband substance, or even particularly noteworthy, in the City of Brass?
Seems like this is all IC information we should have been able to get from the Shaitan Vizier.
