we have unlimited wealth, so if we can invest in the army and give the navy orders to conquer the Morocco side of the Gibralter strait, we could annex one of the Spanish Canaries, and then team up with Britain to conquer Cape Verde in return for their help plying the south Atlantic trade routes.
We have, and it is, but there is a lot to get done, and we are already the worlds strongest and most competent navy. Improving it is a lower priority than things like trains and economics, as well as some legislation we want to push and agriculture reforms. It can wait a handful of turns at minimum. this is of course, assuming the navy doesn't take things into there own hands, which is a possibility given the sheer influence they have within italy.

This isn't necessary, since apparently we can run just fine with what we can buy for the next 10 turns/years, while investing in other things, before it even starts to effect our wealth. It's another thing that can wait until the last few turns of our remaining ten as an economic super power.
Also should be put off. The whole 10 years where the system runs itself efficiently is leeway for us to invest in less effective industries.
I get we have an equality agenda, but again we don't need more steel production so this isn't something we should prioritise over other issues.

In general the black powder stuff is several turns down the line.
The army stuff is less useful. There isn't a need to get fancy with giving the army weapons, realistically they will requisitioning them with Italy budget with good rolls.
The British one is good but a general trade thing with all of Europe isn't feasible with the nations that hate us or don't understand what they have. We should reach out to Spain and offer them a deal in return for the Spanish canaries to use as naval training while taking the other side of Gibralter.
Printing press blueprints isn't here yet.
Again, we need to give time for the schools to produce people who can actually read and count before a lot of these are feasible. We just don't have the educated populace needed(yet) to fill so many jobs requiring literacy and mathematics as these plans produce.
Conveyor belt and other things are a bit early. Focus on fumes first, as thos will become a problem earliest, with tractors and trains being next.
We should probably leap on Britains good will and Spains appreciation while they're still fresh, so diplomatic missions to both in the next turn is wise.
Knowing this thread's..jingoism against Charles. I'd expect us to be at least in one war or scuffle at the mid-later periods of the 10 Year Pax Italia.

So unfortunately the Italian tricolor of OTL will not exist for nearly 300 years and there's absolutely no historical precedent for it so I decided to make a Triband, based off of Austria and the Netherlands Orange flag, invert it and replace the red with another Italian color Blue. The colors are meant to be symbolic of the three regions of Italy which are united. Blue is Northern Italy and also stands for Italy's maritime traditions and history along with ideals of honor and justice. White is Central Italy, aka Rome and the Papacy. It also stands for the ideals of faith, piety and nobility. Green is for Southern Italy and Italy's agriculture with themes of prosperity, labor and brotherhood.

If Magoose comes up with it I'll add a version with the coat of arms in the center similar to Savoyard Italy but I have no idea how to make a coat for Luciano or what it would be like. If other people have alternate designs of the flags and it's better I wouldn't mind changing it, but for now this is how I thought a UK Italy would best be.
