- Viserys turns into a giant dragon man and has full casting, he does not really need a new weapon.
- Yes.
... But can she learn one that does rely on weirwood tree stride of any distance too?

He doesn't need it, but we really wanted one. It would have been a great symbol of our pact with the Old Gods if Viserys was the one to wield a weirwood runestaff.Viserys turns into a giant dragon man and has full casting, he does not really need a new weapon.

Sounds good, but Vee already has Wall of Thorns and enough summoning spells."I would suggest the little swamp witch... the one with an unusual love of snakes," the elder mage replies. "The power worked into the wood is one of times far gone, and sensing its presence many of the Voices of the Gods that might otherwise lie silent will wake and make themselves known, a strain upon the traveler's mind though less so if they are known."

We need only the teleport and we'll soon bring up our own to Greater Teleport, so not exactly an awesome gift.
Now I'm tempted to take the sword for Viserys at least...

You can also swap out her wall of thorns and it is a +2 weapon she can use, which has some significance to her character.
I guess it shows that I designed this thing way back when Bloodraven fist showed it to you. I like the theme but if you guys are really disapointed I could change it.
That would have been awesome, but Viserys doesn't get nice things.Che. Guess I'm getting more rhetorical fiber in my diet.
I really thought the staff would complete our evil sorcerer king image.
That's mostly a rule we the players abided by to avoid shenanigans. "Don't retrain bonuses from class features".We can? I thought it came from some Domain?
@TotallyNotEvil Do you remember?
@DragonParadox Can the spell be Wall of Stone instead? The OG are the Gods of Stone, Stream and Tree, after all.
EDIT: And what about Greensight or Plant Voice instead of Summon Swarm?
EDIT 2: Or Riversight – d20PFSRD
That would cover Tree, Stone, and Stream.
We've avoided retraining class bonuses to avoid shenanigans, but if you are ok, we can just swap out Wall of Thorns as suggested, no biggie. The wall of thorns I'm willing to change to anything plant based, but the ravens are kind of specific to Brynden and I would very much prefer to keep them.
Which are?@TotallyNotEvil, add all questions relating to wildfire to that.
the magical sorcerous sword is probably quite something. Dedicate sorcerer's items have neat effects like "sorcerer casting +1". Yeah, go up a whole level withFeels kind of strange and lakluster that this major turning point in Visery's life quest came with nothing actually suited for him. It'd have felt less egregious if there hadn't been any material rewards involved at all, but maybe that's just me.

What exactly did you see? The connection with Wildfire is... concerning. That night you dream of Valyria and its fall, disjointed flashes of sorrow, pain and terror and at the end of it all green flame and a vast booming thunder that almost sounds like the mocking laughter of some titanic beast.
Which is made for women, so obviously it was always meant for Dany, not him.
