Something else that we need to address going forward. Now that perfectly infiltrating invisible teleporting assassin Devils who somehow have access to our itinerary are on the table, we kind of always have to be planning for them, don't we? From here on out every plan where we are going somewhere not somehow protected against them has to include 'be on the lookout for PIITADWSHATOIs'

So what we start AOE attacks every time we go down to pick up apples from the market?

I'm not joking, what's the optimum way to deal with these fucks, cause when we have to deal with devil ninjas I'm not taking anything off the table.

We need to find the specific devil that had his dealings being interrupted by us, we find his enemies and pit them against each other. They will be dealing with themselves for a while and leave us in peace until we can properly ward things again.

Mantarys Protocols always being on.

I think @DragonParadox underestimated player response.

If you blindside them too many times, we'll pretty much write in the most paranoid counter measure pre-planning sessions everytime we make an expedition to somewhere assuming not just multiple POSSIBLE factions are peeping in on our daily agenda, but that multiple SIMULTANEOUS possible factions are doing so.

He kind of kicked the proverbial ant hill, because it could end up with us over-preparing to the point where if any of these organizations/factions wants to come at us, they have to draw resources away from other areas to even have a ghost of a chance.

To us, it was an acceptable expense. Merely Tuesday.

To them, it was a harrowing undertaking.

Soooo anyone could heal Renly I of House Barafake?

Less he bleed too much silver stuff, the little he bled right now we could pass as an effect from the Devil.

Edit: Allow this fiend a mistake, he traded insanity for blindness it appears :V

We won't know until we try, but the Renplacement might not be affected by typical healing magic. The duplicates created by a Simulacrum spell, for example, require a great deal of time, expensive reagents, and a dedicated magical laboratory to repair any damage they take. If it is some type of Construct, it could instead require a Mending, Make Whole, or Repair Damage spell.

It'll be interesting if Viserys ends up having to use Mending to fix the Renplacement. He doesn't normally serve as a healer.

Dammit! Why, oh why, can't we have a peaceful Westerosi interaction? Everytime we get there, we have to have a social or encounter combat

Now I'm feeling salty, and not because my biome is deep in an ocean trench!
We should get an item of Permanent True Seeing Always Equipped.

On the caveat that we pull this off and this party keeps on being ornery, we should show them that should we want to assasinate someone, we don't need sneaky stuff.

Deep Slumber the lot and teleport them all to SD in front of the Bloodraven tree. Then we show them how we have Vee butcher the devil alive and then speak with uncle B with the blood with regards to getting an escort on the way beyond the wall. Anyone of the 5 knights who's a doddering mess will get mossed.

I like to think this is because Westeros is technically outside our sphere of influence, so we werent there to put out the fires, notice the shadowy cultists and generally killing everything that shows its ugly head, so westeros is what braavos or the narrow sea would be without our help.

Just write his name somewhere, if he's got a wife, Oberyn can do the rest.

<3

But yeah, I'm actually pretty psyched for our pre-victory tour where we go around the Seven Kingdoms visiting inns and taverns, hearing the woes of the common folk, and killing the absolute shit out of the things that go bump in the night.

For we own the night.

I'l propably vote next turn to go kill some devils. No matter where, just Teleport to a town, Divine if there are Devils around and kill some.
Similar to the Mindflayers they shouls learn that attacking us has consequences for more than just the attacker himself.

We combine it with the Song of the Sword Without a Hil (the tales of the Sorcerer King), as performed by Corlys Waters, wandering minstrel and part-time Night Hunter.

That's our project next, after Tyrosh, Lolth's Temple, and Valyria.

I get that. I'm just sayin my spite.

Anyway, a suggestion on what to do with the knight who insulted Tyene. If he lives, we turtle him and give him to Oberyn when he visits SD.

Are you kidding me?

That guy's a godsend, if we didn't get surprise deviled we'd be cheering for the easiest high ground ever and the excuse for Richard to show off and spank our enemies.

You'd only be doing our enemies a favour by removing him from their court.

So now we are going with terror tactics against Baator? I fully approve.

And I still think we should get a permanent Competence bonus to intimidate if we pull that off.

Does anyone think that the knight may have been enraged by the devil? He ignored Frenly, who is, apparently a fantastic lord.

@Azel, what is the official protocol to file that C&D you were talking about? Written in (devil) blood is a given, but does it have to be (still-living graft) devil skin parchment, or can we just carve it directly into the devil itself?

Most legal documents down here a formless. I thought about the carved into the skin option. Just need to remove the limbs too to ease filing it.

We can just do what i wanted to do with the brachina (until the full sacrifice option came Up), we capture It and do a reverse parchment, writing a message in its body by removing portions of skin in the shape of letters. When we kill It, the missing skin should not reform with It since It still exists somewhere.
Edit: the skin should be preserved as grafts for this to work of course, we can implant It on rats or something to be sure.

That's a whole lotta consensus!

  • [X] Viserys casts Nerveskitter on himself, then uses Greater Shadow Enchantment to duplicate a Greater Command spell, ordering everyone except for Richard, Garin, Tyene, and the Renplacement to Halt. If any knights or the Dogoi resists, he casts Celerity and repeats the Command. (Use Imperious Glare if Greater Command cannot be duplicated)
-[X] Tyene casts Close Wounds on the Renplacement. She then casts Mass Inflict Light Wounds on the area where Garin is fighting, but prevents it from damaging any party members, the Renplacement, or any of the knights.
-[X] Garin casts Wraithstrike as a Swift Action then continues to engage the Dogoi in combat.
-[X] Richard activates uses his Earring to gain See Invisibility and moves to assist Garin against the Dogoi.
