Fair enough, we already got a family we hired for that and some crazy batch of future friends for our children. As long as the widow and children of the man who died in our raid are not left in the cold, It shouldn't be a problem.

So, the ship almost certainly has a spirit, and it sounds like it might develop powers of its own rather than just have a supply of orthstirr like Sagaseeker. Maybe Twoshields' boat-throwing thing has to do with a quality of the boat? We should try sacrificing something to it - maybe some alcohol, to channel the champagne-bottle-breaking tradition? Or a bull is always acceptable.

I doubt it? It's not like we're at fault for their situation, so I don't see why we'd be obligated to pay. We offered the chance for Haleikr to join the raid, and he willingly accepted. It'd probably reward us with some drengskapr if we did help them out, though.

Also, I'm going to be real... I would've preferred a Horse and Sword, rather than a Ship and Sail. A shame, but a ship isn't too bad either.

Uh, I mean, is there any reason to? We have FBS, and Kindle-Spinner. I don't really see a need to learn Flame Arc, especially when we could spend those slots on Sword tricks, or seidr?

more tricks are always batter. just because we don't put it on the hotbar doesn't mean it wont see use.
Edit: It also seemed pretty quick, not to mention it would benefit from our higher leveled fire hugreidas, even if we use emberwind for it.

As for waste of capacity.... if we didn't go with the wizard owl, we would have run out of capacity long ago, and, again, capacity is the hotbar, not the total of what we can learn.
As for the redundancy... Kindle Spinner is good, yes, but slow, not to mention its downward trajectory. and thats it, no other ranged attacks.
We could learn Windcutter for bullet hell or Slash, yes, and i agree we should, but Flame Arc does benefit from our bonuses more....
But all that aside, i just really like it, image wise.
