Why everytime? Caraxes gets a 100, next turn Daemon gets a 100, Daemon gets a 90 something, Caraxes get a 90 something... They are dicebonded? It's that a thing?

I agree that the news were probably leaked because of Ra's but how its connected to a worthy sucessor? Unless he knew about Lucien before and was scouting specifcaly him but remember that there was a chance Aegor would come
True. He probably did that as part of some contract with the Masters of Astapor. But I can imagine, Lucien (Us) using ingenuity to escape and fulfill his mission. Doing so, will catch Ras's attention and will make him consider Lucien (Us) as heir.

I mean better to take the boss out first because nothing guarantees we wont run on him while we escape anyway. Because when we go out with the Princesses we will need to defend the three of them alone Magoose once said they were aged 6 to 14 so one of them at least is a child who cant run as fast an teenager, find Maegor and Edwyle then escape, while either fighting everyone on the way out or doing an stealth mission with 6 people, one of them who is a child.
Edit: Also the goons confusion and fear of we defeating Ra should help us escape.
Edit two: Plus defeating Ra we already have our sword and shield, the others starts don't so we will have to fight someone barehanded or steal a sword, then steal more swords or fight more people to give ser Edwyle and Aegor weapons.
Edit: Even if we lose remember that Ra first test for Batman was to kidnap Robin, this could mean the final objective is not to test us but Daemon. ( Why I feel like I wrote an essays about this? What I have become)
