Yes but I'm arguing against it because of our family's track record with hereditary diseases. It might not be brother sister but marrying within the family is generally a bad idea for genetics, especially for the semi-magic dragon riders. Also because "just our cousin" doesn't sound very good in or out of context.
At the time the only history of diseased Targaryen births are Maegor's deformed children with his non-Targaryen wives. And there was the whole thing about it possibly being poison.
