We are skilled at sailing, yes. If things go from bad to worse, we are more skilled in sword combat.

Hmph...seven ships, striking at us while no help is in sight and we are separated from our dragon and Teacher?

This reeks of an Assassination Attempt. I wonder who betrayed us?

Well....This situation has become very dangerous. Would of been nice if we could of used our dragon.....Rickon.

Well the Old King isn't deliberatly trying to kill you... if that's what you are asking.
Doubt it was Jaehaerys. Losing his mind but not that crazy. Think it's more someone in the North trying to get a quick dollar and sees Lucien as a opportunity to get more than a dollar. If there was someone feeding information to the Three Daughters.

Well? I'm not going to tell you what the hell is going on, as you have other things to deal with at the moment.

But you did choose to come up north, and the Old King needs problems solved.

Do the math.

The Master and Commander
The Master and Commander:

Take Command of the Ship: This Captian was a fucking idiot, and you needed to save everyone before he got you all killed. He did not know how to sail against Pirates from Essos. Your father taught you how!

The slavers were doing the standard Tyroshi battleline, three on the port, three on the starboard, and one on the bow. The entire structure was meant to capture ships, capture the crew, and maintain the ship's integrity so that it could be used later.

The entire plan was for maximum profit and survivability. But it had numerous flaws that even a novice could escape if they knew. Or rather, destroy the attackers. They did not approach via sail they rowed with oarsmen, slave oarsmen that were whipped and broken.

But they could not be brought in quickly. This means if they were destroyed, the oarsmen would be useless, adding weight to the hull, and the ship would be reliant on wind power. Meaning they could not rapidly redeploy, as they had with their oarsmen.

However, that itself carried risks, as you had to get close and hope they did not react to your attack on the oars. There was also the risk of borders and grapples being attacked to the rigging and the decks.

But… But that was a risk you needed to take. This captain must have never sailed south. This is inexcusable, this man could save you all, and he did not seem to have any knowledge of that.

But you needed to speak.

Speak!:D100 + 10 => 73

And you gathered your courage and shouted. "Lord Stark! This bastard is going to get us killed." You ran towards the wheel and pushed the helmsman away. Taking command.

The Captain protested. "Boy, you are-"

"You are going to get us killed!" You spat. "Now if you want to survive, heed my order, and do what I say!"

"I protest this-'' The Captain began.

Lord Stark seemed to be in agreement with your statement. "My apologies captain, but he knows what he is doing. And I think that we are in his hands now."

"Give me full Sail! Full Sail, I want all the Wind we can get!" You ordered. "Come on you bastards!"

The crew did as you said, even with coming against the wind, the sails dropped and they took up more wind. You were hoping the Gods were listening, to change the direction just a little bit. "We're going hard to starboard, whatever happens, do not let them Grapple us!"

You then turned to Lord Stark. "How good are you with Whaling Spears?" You asked.

"Why?" He asked, confused, not realizing what was happening. Or what you were planning.

These were Tyroshi vessels, they were not fine craftsmen, and there was a flaw in their ships, at the Rudder. The wood there was never the strongest, and it was connected by a rope cord. If a spear were to get caught into them, their rudders would be useless, they would sail in circles, and they would die without assistance.

"There is a Bar connecting the rudder, you need to throw a spear at that point, and only at that point, otherwise we'll die."

"Why?" He asked.

"Don't ask, do as I command!" You ordered. You had no time to dawdle or explain to him what you were doing, you just needed him to act, otherwise, you would all die.

Lord Stark nodded. "Whaling Spears!" He ordered and a bundle was brought on deck.

You could barely see, but they remained in formation. Hell, they had seemed to tighten their lines while getting the oarsmen prepared, and they rowed.

Perfect, they hadn't caught on that you were trying what you were doing. That meant this captain was assured that his plan would be perfect for dealing with a lone vessel.

How foolish.

"What is the Ram made of?" You asked the Captain who was still fuming, taking orders from a child. He remained quiet as if he was not wishing to talk to you.

Getting an answer:D100 => 89

You then jumped up, and slapped him in the face, before going back to the wheel. "What is it made of!" You shouted.

"Bronze and Iron!" The captain replied, shocked at your bout of violence.

It wasn't steel, but it would have to do. "Was it sharpened before we left port?" You asked.

"Yes!" He replied.

Good.

They were closing in now! "BRACE!" You ordered the crew. "Lord Stark! NOW!"

The Rowers Oars: D100 + 20 => 40 vs D100 => 70

The Rowers did not expect the sudden turn into them or the cracking of wood against iron and bronze. The oars splintered across the bow. Being destroyed.

The Crews of the Tyroshi ships tried to throw grappling hooks to stop their own ship from using yours. But the men had heeded your warning and were cutting the ropes as quickly as they were thrown.

On the Starboard side, the oars of the Enemy Ships were destroyed…

Lord Starks Aim:D100 + 10 => 97

Lord Stark's Aim was true. He threw several spears at the Rudders as you passed, and they were all hit by spears. Immediately the rudderless ships tried to control themselves, to get and stay in formation.

You smiled when they turned erratically, the waves pushing them into each other, their rams causing a great deal of damage.

And then…

Well, You saw several men screaming. They did not have bows or throwing spears, only swords and rope and hooks and knives.

Weapons they could not use.

Enemy morale: D100 + 20 - 15 => 78

And yet the four ships remaining, undamaged and unencumbered still wanted to fight. The lone ship and the bow were port side, but still ahead, and the three ships would take time to turn and reach your position. Their oars were in. Their men are ready.

And there was no way to escape them, they had the wind on their side.

"Lord Stark, that is the Flagship, prepare for boarding!" You ordered as you looked at the captain. "I need a sword!"

A sword was given, and you looked at the captain. "At my order, hard to Port!" The Captain nodded as you grabbed a shield, walking down onto the deck towards Lord Stark. "We need to kill the Admiral, and quickly, we might be able to make the rest of the fleet surrender."

"How are you so certain?" He asked.

"Tyroshi admirals are notoriously shit and can never keep loyalty among their captains." You replied. "If the captains think the admiral is dead, they will squabble among themselves for leadership. It is why they haven't won a war at sea in a hundred years."

"Awfully knowledgeable for a child?"

"My mother knows." You replied.

"BRACE!"

And then Battle began, as Grappling hooks were thrown, and then timber clashed. The ships were now together… And men were going to and from, trying to kill each other.

The Battle:

Lord Stark:D100 + 30 => 129 vsD100 + 20 => 56
The Crew:D100 + 10 => 61 vs D100 + 20 => 104
You:D100 + 10 => 83 vs D100 + 20 => 24

The Crew was not prepared as they were for boarders, at least when it came to the ferocity of the soldiers they were facing. It seems that this Admiral had some Unsullied. And they had been retrained to serve as Marines. The Crew was being thrown back.

But then, Lord Stark and Yourself gathered. And fought back. The Great Sword Ice cut down three unsullied that was trying to stab him but their short swords were not long enough to outreach the Great Blade of House Stark.

You Battered another Marine, this time a man from Lys, you could see his white hair and purple eyes. He was a child of Valyria, but instead of feeling lost, you were filled with determination and fear.

He was going to kill you, and you had to kill him first.

You stabbed the man's neck when he wasn't looking, trying to shout something.

It was quick. He said nothing, and his body fell into the sea.

You wanted to puke, to throw up and feel something… but you couldn't as Lord Stark leaped from the Ship, onto the enemies, and began to cut down more of the crew. A one-man army that was butchering them all like sheep.

"Come on!" He demanded, and his voice roared you to life and battle.

Moving Forward:D100 + 10 => 32

Enemy Morale:D100 => 19

Lord Stark's Mercy: D100 => 99

But you did not, you just looked at your sword crusted up in blood and bone, and could only watch Lord Stark Cut them down.

The crew that was on the ship began to surrender to the angry Northmen.

When he reached the admiral, he tried to surrender. Before trying to stab him with a knife…

Lord Stark just cut off his head without hesitation, not even the slightest bit annoyed at the attempted treachery.

Enemy Morale on other ships:D100 - 20 => 2

And the enemy ships were fleeing.

Or fighting each other.
------------------------------------------------

At Port, you looked at Lord Stark taking prisoners and many of the captains who survived were being interrogated, but they would soon get their man soon enough. Who was helping them steal Westeros' children away from their homes to become slaves?

But you were just sitting down… watching the scene when Daemon came. "Are you okay?" He asked, signing, not realizing or knowing that you had shouted and spoken orders this day.

In fact… He was more concerned about what happened.

What do you say to Daemon:
