No, we don't think that. And we don't still argue that either. A few of us, me included, first thought that at the start. But that got pretty swiftly cleared up by Boney, and we no longer think that or seriously argue that.Guys do you really think "Faith" is "Truth, but with divine backing"? All Ranald can do is approve, He CAN'T help, doing so would make it Him declaring war against the Gods.
You want to do this at all, choose Truth.
Though we still bring up the "Boney High Five" quote at times where and when relevant, though mostly as a hypothetical or potential, or to sometimes to argue with the "This is totally plausible deniability isn't it?" guess. (Because the plausible deniability guess is also just that; a guess. A reasonable sounding one, but also still uncertain and unkown.)
Faith is faith. It's not research, but it's something else instead. What exactly it gives or leads to, I'm not sure. I thought perhaps sacrificing? But Boney likened it to giving water to a fish... Perhaps being given a boon of some sort? Perhaps just being given more trust by Ranald?
Perhaps it's just a reaffirmation of one's own beliefs and attitudes about religion and the gods. I'm not sure. I'm not sure if this is a mystery box or a test or what.
