" [+] Social interaction initiated by someone else (locked in) "
This hasn't happened often (ever?) in the past now I'm so frikkin curious.
It has been a thing since turn 24.

If you want to refresh your memory, follow the link in my signature for A Brief History Of Our Time As Loremaster. It's got action lists, social action lists, and turn summaries. We voted to start getting an external social action on T24, but the first one we actually got was on T25. So far we've had a pretty diverse crew: sometimes a close friend or colleague, sometimes a more distant friend we haven't seen in a while, and sometimes a complete rando we were not expecting at all.Ah, well, I feel like a fool. Still hyped to see who (if anyone) wants to meet us this turn I guess.
Eshin-Friend, assuming that wasn't a joke.
The Eshin Skaven that Mathilde ran into and had a brief truce with.
While I can certainly understand wanting to nerd over the construction of the Library (fitting for a rest turn), I'm surprised that a some people choose this option to "make sure it was done right".
I mean, those are Dwarven Architects! I don't think they need us watching over their shoulders to create a wonder. As for the aspects they need our imput on, Boney mentionned that they would still ask us.
They way I see it, it's a great way to decompress from the expedition, but the Library won't be improved by choosing this option. We certainly don't have a "responsability" to oversee the designs.
