The idea of mine when assigning this way was along the lines of "Gogossos is a strategic location of it's own with how valuable it is, Basilisk Isles can have it's own dedicated force if we don't want to risk Gogossos being left open when it's force responds elsewhere".
Good points about Saath and Omber, it would make, what, 12 Forces to make, then? @Goldfish, @Crake, note data plz.
Sorry for a bit of a mess here, but these are kinda important if only for background.

You know what would be great?
If the Valyrians never invented any of the IRL primitive calculators because they instead preferred to use known, reliable technologies like Int boosters and fleshforged brain-creatures !
The economics of this system, like everything else in Valyria, would be based on the sacrifice of slaves.
Jeez!!!
It was unexpected and did not coincide too much with what I imagined ...
On the one hand, I am VERY grateful to comrade Azel for this information, it deeply reveals the character we are likely to sacrifice ... on the other hand, I really do not like receiving this OOC information. We will probably use or try to use this knowledge in negotiations, and without knowledge of their IC it would not be good ...
Can you carry out any fortune-telling or another way to legalize this IC???
There were times when Tuin wondered if fate that was above gods had a particularly twisted sense of humor. How else to explain that he and his brother crossed oceans of time to find themselves in the company of such as Melisandre of Asshai? Only a fool would doubt her power after having faced her on the sands and then seen her against a dragon in his full power. It had taken him until a few days ago to realize the which city she had appended to her name, for the fearful word was twisted and mangled as was common with human tongues. Few there were who journeyed to the City of the World's Edge and returned unbroken, fewer who would dare claim it as theirs like a hunter returning from the depths of the jungle with their prize.
"The Lord of Light illuminates my path even in deepest shadow," she had said when Tuin had cautiously approached her and the conviction that gleamed in her gaze was all too familiar a thing. No less than any priestess of the Spider this one would gut you on her altar the moment she counted it useful to her Patron's purpose. At least this 'R'hllor of the Flame' seemed more sparing of such requests than Lolth had ever been, and his servant far more courteous.
She had asked Tuin and his bother to scout ahead, bowing to their experience in the matter. Alas the feeling of pleasant surprise was quick to fade in the wake of a more urgent realization. The first sign that something might be amiss was the sound of iron smashing into stone, the second the babbling of the crowds.
The ruins of the temple were to be torn down they said, built anew and larger on Vulture's Hill in the place of a manse torn down during the unrest that saw the Sons of the Harpy ostensibly banished from Yunkai. That alone would have been troubling, a pile of rubble does not retain much arcane memory, but then between a street hawker selling indescribable meats and some sort of petty noble covered with jangling bracelets and chains he spotted a figure standing a bit too straight, by all appearances a sellsword down on his luck loitering at corners.
Had Tuin been the sort to trust in appearances he would have long since been dead. A watcher who wished not to be seen watching, a poise he was all too familiar with.
Magic like silver rain shivered across his skin as he spoke the enchantment's trigger so that he could see past all the most masterful of glamours, and there looking at a temple that was even now being torn down was an erinyes, one of the Sisters of Vengeance, and not one sworn to his current Lord, far from it. Above her heart in blood and rubies writ was the symbol of Nessus. Ultimately all baatezu served the Lord of the Ninth and ever had, but it was one particularly favored who could bear his mark openly.
What is to be done about the temple?
[] Abandon the lead, getting spotted and having to fight in the middle of the city is too risky
[] Try to discover how many furies and potential other watchers are and capture or kill them by surprise once night falls, a decisive enough engagement should not draw too many eyes
[] Try to sneak in past the watchers, their gaze cannot pierce mundane disguises as readily as glamours
[] Write in
OOC: A bit short, but I feel the stakes are high enough to have a vote rather than roll through. Those ruins are not going to be in a fit state to investigate for long.

...not gonna lie, this form of presentation makes it a pain to assign the forged forces to wherever they must go.
Even moreso than my list is already a bit of a shitshow.
Could you please annotate any groups you're making, like "Illithid-hunting force" Azel asked for, beyond those already outlined in my proposal, you and @Crake?
Would help a whole fucking lot, that would.
This is, hopefully, one last bit of mind-bending book-keeping on the matter for a ehole while, we really won't need as many wide-ranging additions/changes after Watch-creatures are distributed throughout everywhere.
Erynies are nice to have for us, and frustrating for the enemy.
I would not trust mundane disguises now, if someone earned the trust of Big Red to be guarding stuff, she won't be stupid enough to rely entirely on True Seeing.
She could either have very high Spot-skill, or the Mindsight feat to notice that Tuin with his 20 Int is a bit unusual.

Agreed. We shouldn't risk tipping our hand at this point, but I think we could use this opportunity to get an idea of how many forces they've committed to keeping watch. That will tell us how important this project is and give us an idea of what all they have to work with in the city. If the numbers turn out to be low enough, we might decide to attack them after all.
[X] Abandon the lead, getting spotted and having to fight in the middle of the city is too risky
-[X] Before dropping the lead, however, attempt to discover how many furies and other potential watchers there are.
I can't give less of a shit about discretion when we are dealing with Devils in Slavers' Bay at this point.
They already know our forces are there, they know we know about them - what is the point in keeping low profile?
We have a target, maybe not the best one, but better get rid of it than letting it fester.
Added three more sets of Aquatic Defense Forces, one each for Saath, Omber, and the Stepstones, along with those servitors which I proposed here.
All told, the entire order would cost us 17,656,340 IM if we paid for it straight out of pocket. Using corpse HD, however, brings it down to a much more reasonable 4,943,580 IM while expending 193,134 corpse HD, leaving us with 330,240 HD to spend later. This is an absolutely massive order that I really think should take at least a couple months to complete, though I don't want to impose any unnecessary restrictions on the Forges.
Thoughts and recommendations? Look good to you, @egoo?
EDIT: Numbers listed above are slightly obsolete with the inclusion of 4 Vigilant Kelp with each of the 13 Aquatic Defense Groups.

If all are alright with such an act, I'd like to count all the Watchman-creatures assigned everywhere (and Snake Port defenses, we literally have had no one guarding there sans the sneks and the Herald) as "things made in 2nd month" and the rest of forces to be penned in as "3rd month"?
It'd be ~ 1/3 of the order done in the 2nd month.
The alternative is that everything but "Unassigned Forces" is done in the 2nd month, but it cuts it more closely to 2/3 of the order being done in 2nd month.
I can't give less of a shit about discretion when we are dealing with Devils in Slavers' Bay at this point.
They already know our forces are there, they know we know about them - what is the point in keeping low profile?
We have a target, maybe not the best one, but better get rid of it than letting it fester.
We have a target, but we don't know what they're doing with the bonemeal, or what they're chanting in those profane rituals. They know we're in the city, but we shouldn't toss the investigation out the window before we know what's happening. Also we might have a target, but she's just one Erinyes. I am fairly sure she was told the bare minimum.
I kind of want to launch a false flag attack masquerading as a demon cult, but covering the follow up divinations would be tricky.
I can think of a few ways to make it harder, but not to stop someone who really wanted to know. As an aside, we should start making or buying items of Lost Passage for stuff like this. As a defense it's pretty good, but for assaulting a prepared position you haven't been able to scout it's very useful. There are plenty of things it won't effect, but the home field advantage for those it does will be severely mitigated when they get lost in their own buildings.
