I think having Teana cast an Augmenting Wall would be useful here. She can cast it as a Shadow spell but make it 100% real. It would have a caster level of 17, so would have a length of 170 feet and last 4 rounds (halved duration to make the effect one way). +1d6 Acid damage applied to the arrows and bolts of all our ranges forces over such a large area could really add up.
Wouldn't casing the ships with Lead protect us from Mind-Effecting spells or am I severely misunderstanding how lead works?
No, lead is for blocking certain kinds of Divination.

The most cost effective items we can provide are PfE Rings for pilots. Soulfire items would be doable, but extremely expensive. We could set aside a certain number of them to assign to pilots on special missions, I guess?

Third Eyes of Clarity wouldn't be a bad addition to their standard kit, either. 300 IM each isn't too much for such a useful effect.

I was also thinking about supplying them with 1/Day Tyche's Touch charms. It's a long duration save bonus that decreases in effect after each successful save. 216 IM for each of those.

Those three together would cost 1,116 IM.
Standard pilot kit should definitely be Tyche's Touch, Third Eyes of Clarity and PfE, it's a comprehensive but cost effective package.

I believe we should consider setting aside around three dozen Soulfire items, since that's around the number to have a very large air-force completely protected against death spells, and we are probably going to desperately wish we had more than that once we get the ball rolling against Winter.

We should probably consider ways to protect an entire Bridge of a full-sized ship against death magic, as well as enchantment, but again, cost effectiveness is an issue. Perhaps Hallow for the former? And as for enchantment, a mage assigned to the bridge crew with spells that help at dealing with those types of spells?

It is harder to curse people beneath multiple layers of steel armor and probably a few decks than it is a single pilot in a glass canopy, tho.

I also would prefer to nail Chosen to trees but as long as they're dealt with, either by force or by diplomacy I would be satisfied.

Also regarding this
Fairies whose lords have almost godlike power, and plan, which does not suit any of us nor Lucan

it might not suit LUCAN but Danielle will DEFINITELY ally with the Court of Stars when the Imperium and the Court enter full on war. Her companions include a paladin (Garth) who gains his power from one of their fey lords and a member of the court (Aryssa). They also received feycrafted equipment from them. So yeah I really think the Chosen need to be dealt with soon otherwise they'll become even more of a headache.

[X] And in the wake of the light comes thy Doom!
-[X] Viserys will cast a Maximized Shadow of the Doom spell (210 Searing Fire damage), with one 20-foot cube targeted on each remaining Bone Wagon. Any remaining cubes will be used to target Graveknights and other greater Undead.
-[X] Dany and Lya, using Inspired Spell and Wild Arcana respectively, will each target any Bone Wagons, Graveknights, or other greater Undead which survive Viserys' attack with another round of Sunburst spells.
-[X] The Moonchasers and Wyverns continue to bombard the Bone Wagons and greater Undead, but only after Viserys, Dany, and Lya have acted, in order to conserve munitions.
-[X] Teana will use use a 7th level spell slot to cast a Heightened Solid Shadows modified Augmenting Wall (Acid) along the 170 feet of our most concentrated archers and crossbowmen. The wall will be one-way, reducing duration to 4 rounds but adding +1d6 Acid damage to all of their ranges attacks.

Those Bone Wagons are charred toast after this. :D

If Qyburn were to figure out how to make Bone Wagons (after we finish the research to make sentient Undead who are sane, of course), how much would it cost to create them, @DragonParadox? IIRC, they're each CR 14, but the power each one of them has seems like it should exceed the cost of a regular CR 14 Undead.

We told Lucan and Danelle the Court of Stars plan and they were horrified so that isn't an issue.

They are pretty unstable creations being this sort of half-construct mishmash filled with tortured souls. I'm going to say they are too unstable to reliably copy.

Makes sense. I was just reading through their abilities again and they didn't really fit into the paradigm of our type of Undead anyway.
