[X] Plan Partitioning Particular Parties Propaganda Proposals
-[X] Send Rhealla and Elia Martell (if the latter feels up to it) to Lady Blackmont
--[X] Find out why she thinks Viserys would even care about changing Dornish culture, then unravel that line of thought. Imperial culture is closer to Dornish then to northern Westerosi.
--[X] Call in support by Melisandre if the situation with Blackmonts son would be easier to resolve with her help.
-[X] Send Tyene, Waymar and some clerks from Red Scales Holding to Gargalen.
--[X] Cash in on the fact that Doran squired under the current Lord Gargalen by letting Tyene do most of the talking. Having a 50% share in two major companies, she can also use that to further enhance her authority for economic matters.
--[X] Waymar can help by offering some perspective from his own families positions, and can tell about his and Ysillas forays into the world of commerce.
--[X] The clerks will meanwhile look around the city and whatever documents the Lord is willing to share with them, looking for investment potential.
-[X] Viserys, Richard and Dany visit Lord Uller.
--[X] Get a read on him and see what his issues with Oberyn are and why he is projecting his ire on Viserys.

What is Oberyn's current race tally again? and how many of them are going to have a daughter? i think has at least tiefling and Azer but i honestly don't know what else he has slept with

I don't think Elia needs to accompany Rhaella. Not only does she not have the training or equipment, she also has a young daughter to look after whom she doesn't like to be parted with.

Rhaella's entourage already includes the Seeker, an Umbral Stalker, and a pair of Erinyes, along with whoever else she decides to bring, such as Bonifer Hasty. Ella would be dead weight and a liability Doran wouldn't want to see "in play" so to speak.

Elia is a strong symbol of Dornish influence at our court though, what with being a Targ by marriage and having a surviving kid from Rheagar. She doesn't have to do all that much beside helping Rhealla a bit.

If either her or Doran don't want her to go, fine by me, hence the conditional in the vote, but she can be a help just by being there.

Oh hey, surprised the Elliara relationship happened with Oberyn being even busier (in both business and pleasure terms) here than in Canon.

Ellaria? I imagine she found Oberyn before Dorne made its alliance with Viserys.

Long before yes, the first of her daughters with Oberyn Elia Sand is currently eight years old
