[x] Plan: Cunning Linguists, No Overwork
-[x] MAX: Bring him into the classified study on Warptech and have him assist Johann with the Ratling Gun.
-[x] JOHANN: Study an artefact: Black Gem.
-[x] DUCK: Johann's investigation into the ratling gun has hit a wall. See if you can help.
--[x] COIN: The Gambler
-[x] EIC: Put policies in place that local news should be collected and sent to you (rumour mill).
-[x] Seek to build a stronger rapport with Qrech, and provide enough sources of mental stimulation that you can turn your attention elsewhere.
-[x] Use King Belegar's pull to bring in some linguistics experts from the Empire's universities, though after proper vetting and swearing them to silence.
-[x]Travel to the Grey College and attend lessons there x2:
--[x] Waystone Fundamentals
--[x] Practical Diplomacy
-[x] BUILD: Have a gyrocopter landing pad built into your balcony.
-[x] SERENITY: Queekish-Reikspiel Lexicon (1/2)

Because as high as Mathilde's Learning is, it's still worth bringing in specialists to check her work. This obviously makes immediate writing of the dictionaries questionable, so I've only put the free Serenity action towards that; if we waste the action because of how the linguists turn out, well, it was only the Serenity action, and if we don't, we get both dictionaries at the cost of a single dictation action next turn.

Still not convinced spoken Queekish is worth the investment, so I'm not bothering. Most of the rest has been shamelessly stolen from Plan Redshirt.

Might add in approval votes for stuff later.

Dwarves have been trying and failing to restore their Wutroth groves for millennia. Jade Wizards might have an advantage, but the trees grow extremely slow and part of their growth cycle is having their outer bark worn smooth by high-altitude winds, so it can't be accelerated. So it would literally be the work of a lifetime to try.
Could the Eonir help with that? I think that'd be a good way to get i to the Dwarfs' good graces.

With every movement sending echoes through the long-empty hall, you walk towards the closest and consider the modest stack of gold, and the carved stone token in front of it. Ea-Nasir it says, using the stilted form it uses when phonetically spelling non-Khazalid words. Copper merchant. Tylos. Account opened 11.5.2702.
... You twelve colour bastard. Ooh. Ooooh, that got me good.

Gentledwarves, it is time.
It feels like something of an abandonment to you, but the We have the means at their disposal to take charge of their own education, and purchase books and the services of teachers as they see fit. They are sentient beings - or, arguably, one single sentient being - and they now have the freedom to chart their own course in life.
Time to introduce the We to romance novels.

[X] Plan: Spoken Queekish v4

I'd say I'm good with everything in this. I do hope learning spoken Queekish goes well and we can jump straight into the Lexicons next turn (assuming this plan wins).

Is this Windherder compatible? Sorry if it's already been brought up, but I couldn't find any hint of it in Search.
I don't think so, but that's for Boney to know and for us to find out (unless you want to ask him directly).
It's said the High Elves can achieve miracles by using the Winds in parallel. You'll have to make do with using them in series, having other people handle the other Winds, and making sure they keep a safe distance from each other.
Karak: Windherder
For Wizards of the Colleges, when it comes to using multiple winds in concert, the short version is 'don't', and the long version is 'no, really, don't, Articles 4 and 7, don't make us burn you'. This is because if you need to ask, the answer will always be no. For those with keen windsight, a solid grasp of the fundamentals, and the right contributors, the answer becomes a very cautious 'don't make us come over there'. Making the Winds work in harmony is still far beyond you, but if you're careful and give the Winds enough room, it is possible to make them work in symphony.

Added Magic skill: Windherder - You've developed an intuitive grasp of how Winds interact, when they'll interfere with each other, and when they'll mix and curdle into Dhar. Makes basic multi-Wind Enchantment and Spellcasting possible, as long as other Wizards provide the other Winds.
As far as I can tell, Windherder is expressly about "making sure multiple, separate Wind magic effects can interact constructively without turning into Dhar." That is a very different thing from actually interweaving the magics to do things.

[X] Plan: Spoken Queekish with better gambits

It's hard to know the exact limits of wind-herder, but while "Making them keep a safe distance from each other" could be logic'd to being able to use one to manipulate another (Surround a blob of Shyish with a cone of Ulgu and push it forward like magnets?) It's a pretty high end interpretation of what's possible.

Re-voting to see if it counts for the full plan vote now.

@LightLan Would you mind to copy my plan complete in your post? I don´t know why it seems that my vote is separated from the other ones so in the tally it only appears my plan name and not the content...

[X] Plan Dictionaries now, powerstones for AV stuff and jazz
[X] Plan Dictionaries now, Runelord checks out AV stuff and jazz
[X] PLAN WOLF, v2
[X] Plan Redshirt v2

A vote for dictionaries is a vote for actually progressing on our projects.

Time to introduce the We to romance novels.
You speak as if the priestess hasn't done that already as part of the We's well rounded education.
