And Flame Storm fluff is "burning armies", not "killing monsters and champions". Things like that is the province of Amber Spear or Spirit Leech. You forget Battle Magic is 100% fluff, 0% crunch for Divided Loyalties.

see: Alith AnarPresumably an Elf can also keep persisting by simply never falling into such a mindset, by sheer spite if nothing else
Thinking about it, Mathilde could really do with learning how to educate people if we want to get better at working with new ducklings - and books on that would also help with The We.@BoneyM I forgot to mention, the Ducklings' part of the update was very wholesome, and definitely a step in the right direction when it comes to the participation of the other wizards during it.
Debatable. There are rumors that he is actually some kind of ghost and speculations that his name became a title passed down from one leader of Shadow Warriors to another while original Alith Anar is long dead.
Haven't caught up, but I just realized the implications of this. The head Sigmarite went and complained that a dwarf hold was getting weapons to defend itself instead of those weapons being used to intimidate other humans. Truly the worst head of the worst church."They're both doing a military build-up to try to intimidate each other, and when they found out the cannon production was spoken for they both complained to the Emperor, and then they complained to their religious leaders who complained to the Emperor."
Hell if I know. I never played the wargame. I did encounter a lot of whining about purple sun being op and slaying characters left and right, so I figured if it is good against characters, it should work against dragons.Since a dragon is a single target I'm not entirely sure AoE spell are great at killing them, so wouldn't spells such as Uranons Thunderbolt, Arcane Unforging, Tempest (actually this one would be really good at dragon killing imo), Amber Spear and other single target battle Magic's be better?
I very much doubt we are going to get it.I am not sure I like the idea of us having a multi-use deathnuke narratively, though.
Fair. I've only played the Total War game so my experience with dragons is that spells usually aren't too helpful at killing them, and artillery is very good at hitting large targets. Especially luminarks and cannonsHell if I know. I never played the wargame. @BoneyM what will be the difference in regarding the range of poisons and diseases that will cure both Boon of Hysh and Ill-bane?
Honestly, I believe that if and when some hammerpriest decides to hammer the Theogonist's skull, all the witnesses will be happy to confirm that he died of natural causes.Haven't caught up, but I just realized the implications of this. The head Sigmarite went and complained that a dwarf hold was getting weapons to defend itself instead of those weapons being used to intimidate other humans. Truly the worst head of the worst church.
Hrm. Based on that, I think I'd prefer an on-use Boon of Hysh item to an on-use Ill-bane one, for only two extra Favour. Gonna update my vote accordingly.Ill-bane, one poison removed and disease halved in severity. Boon of Hysh, all poisons and all diseases removed.
...a shame. Unless..."I have sent word to each of the Loremasters and Runelords of the Karaz Ankor, requesting any scrap of information they may have on the Skrhund, no matter how trivial. But if none can tell me one way or the other, I will have no choice but to seal it away."
