"Right, the organization penalty for killing the goblin boss. Let's see... Here...

Something that people seem to be missing: Clan Angrund is now mostly free to reinforce other points. And a shieldwall would be far more useful on a highway than in a city.

"I'd normally find a spot for you in the shieldwall, but it seems traditional tactics don't work that well with this many rune-weapons. So we're just going to mob up, charge at anything green or furry,

These new achievement are no doubt worth some pretty impressive reputation bonuses, I've decided to take a guess at just how valuable they might be.
Neutering the Doom Divers war a pretty big action and when we were first going out we thought that disabling the entrenched artillery would be the most important sabotage action we could perform since it would save hundreds of lives. Setting fire to the Doom Diver's wings did even better than expected sending the goblins into infighting and their attempts at using their catapults into nothing but morale boosting entertainment for our dwarf allies.
Killing the Crooked Moon Warboss was easily the biggest piece of sabotage we managed to perform. The loss of a warboss is far more damaging to greenskins than the loss of a leader would be to any other faction. In fact the loss of a warboss is very likely to cause the entire faction to dissolve as the greenskins proceed to fight amongst themselves for leadership or flee elsewhere. Despite its immense impact on the goblin forces (as we saw at the Hall of the Moon) it's probably less likely to impress if only because the Dwarfs probably wanted the kill themselves.
Preventing a nasty surprise the the King's Gates was another nice feather in our cap. We managed to unleash trolls on the goblins which totally destroyed their ballistae and caused lots of dead greenskins. However, as outstanding as that result was the real victory here was the warning we gave to Belegar. This prevented him from sending his heavily armored forces charging into a battle that would have lost many dwarfs to ballistae and goblins only to result in even more catastrophic casualties when the trolls proceed to charge into the Dwarf forces.
Not only did we prevent this terrible outcome but this also allowed for a great many slayers to earn their dooms in a proper manner.
I doubt the skaven or goblins can mobilise in time to march through the underways today, but whatever inhabits the Chiselwards is already there.
I said before that the biggest long term threat to the dwarves is attrition, and this is another opportunity to reduce that. Particularly as every area of the current mountain cleared means a greater concentration of forces can be redeployed to the entrances, both on the surface and in the Underways, further reducing casualties there, so dealing with the internal threats does actually help with the other objective that people are voting for.
Mathilde is a wizard, she needs to think about leverage and where a small intervention at a critical point will snowball into something greater. The Chiselwards are that point of inflection to interfere with at this point.

+4 favor: Lots of saved lives
+1 favor: Watching Doom Divers fail so spectacularly

You do get that the whole post can be misconstrued to be a form of exerting pressure, or begging for the QM, in an attempt to influence just what rewards/favor the PC gets? And that QM's can and have in the past reacted reather badly to posters trying to tell them what the rewards for something should be?

A lot of it is fine. It's the specific lines where it says +X dwarf favor next to an achievement that are on the line. It may be unintentional, but that's a direct implication that this is how much those deeds should be worth.
