Slow burn plan is the way to go, but we need a write in to make a prepared packasge for imidiate release if the situation gose hot. Sealed of course, and with not all of the information, but something we can release at the drop of a hat to shift the propaganda war into the fast burn.

Slow burn so to make it more convincing to the public (jumping straight into badmouthing Palpatine will just make us look like BAMR), Priam because I can't remember who Bribbs is, and Adenn because we're supposed to be giving our Rancor an actual name, not a joke.

Propaganda thrown out at the last minute is worthless.

Go too far, too fast on the other hand and it comes across as false.

If you want to convince people, you build up to the major things.

Convince them there's something odd before you convince them there's something off, convince them there's something off before you convince them there is something outright wrong that should be dealt with.
