Take a moment to appreciate the carnage Rina can wreak upon enemies Vulnerable to Cold damage. A Noble Efreeti has 136 HP. If caught in both of Rina's spells, it could succeed on both saving throws and still die. Just failing to resist Cold Ice Strike would kill it, too. A regular Efreeti has 95 HP. Failing to resist even one of Rina's spells means death. I'm sure the cards won't all line up for her to gank them all in a single round, but I'm suddenly very glad we brought her along.

[X] Plan "Let's Get Frosty, Bitches!"
-[X] Dany uses her Sign buff to set her Initiative check to 24, casts an Area Greater Dispel Magic against as many Efreeti as she can fit within the effect, then uses the Blackened Rob to target them with a Quickened Nauseating Breath spell as a Swift Action.
-[X] Rina uses her Sign buff to set her Initiative check to 22, activates her Cloak of Winter's Chill as a Free Action, then:
--[X] She uses Divine Metamagic to cast a Maximized Cold Ice Strike spell (96 Cold damage[14d6 +1d6 via Winter's Chill + 1d6 via Coldstrike], +48 damage vs targets Vulnerable to Cold, DC 27 Reflex save for half damage) as a Swift Action. She aims to strike as many Efreeti with the Line as possible.
---[X] She follows her initial strike by using Divine Metamagic to Maximize a Boreal Wind spell (68 Cold damage[14d4 +1d6 via Winter's Chill + 1d6 via Coldstrike], +34 damage vs targets Vulnerable to Cold, DC 26 Fortitude save to avoid secondary effects of gusting wind) as a Standard Action. She places the 20-foot diameter column of wind so that it strikes as many Efreeti as possible, while, if possible preventing some of their fellows from exiting one of the ships' hatches without first enduring the damaging gusts.
-[X] Richard activates his armor's Holy Aura and places himself between Viserys and any Efreeti who approach while he shakes off the effects of Celerity. He murders any enemies that approach.
-[X] Should any enemies survive Rina's opening salvo, Tyene picks the survivor who seems healthiest and targets it with a Quickened Boneshaker (9d6, DC 18 Fortitude save for half damage) spell as a Swift action, followed by Boneshatter (12d6 damage plus Exhaustion, DC 21 Fortitude save for half damage and Fatigue). If the Boneshaker slays her target, she switches to the next healthiest appearing enemy.
-[X] Depending on how the remaining enemies are positioned, Waymar either uses his Lightning Lance (10d6 Electricity + 3d6 impact damage, DC 15 Fortitude save to halve Electricity damage) extraordinary ability to target the two survivors who appear most damaged. If the survivors are arranged so that he can strike two or more with a single attack, he instead casts Whirling Blade while Channeling his Lightning Lance (30d6 Electricity + 9d6 impact damage +Weapon damage, DC 15 Fortitude save to halve Electricity damage) ability to damage as many enemies as possible.

@Goldfish

Can you please add a note that @DragonParadox still owes us Int scores and Type from Mindsight.
It will be annoying to be "caught by surprise" on a completely avoidable issue.

90 tons of Adamantine

Enough to consider it's use in engineering projects. This is what I care about.

Any magic doodads and piles of cash are a distant second to me.
With that much Adamantine, I want all of our Minotaurs in Adamantine Fullplate, along with elite Legion squads.

Viserys has his own Blindsense, plus Dark Sister's, along with Varys' Mindsight and her ability to communicate with him Telepathically. Everyone else has Greater Blindsight with 60 foot range cast by Tyene. Rina and Dany both have True Seeing active and Waymar is using See Invisibility. Can't forget Oathkeeper's Blindsense, either.

Basically, a surprise would be...surprising.

Yes I know, but DP answered a query for Mindsight only with "there are 8 minds" without Int scores or type. If one of them is a 30 Int Devil that kinda changes things. IC we definitely know, I just want to make sure DP realises and tells the thread.

Would them having that much adamantine really make sense?

I mean...
I could reasonably expect being made out of it from Visier's prized personal battle-ship.
But certainly not 3 usual run-of-the-mill dropships filled with people.

Maybe it is just a really thin layer of adamantium over other material, to make enchantment on it stick better.

Maybe some weird composition.

But certainly not 90 tons altogether.

Yes, actually. The Efreeti, and specifically the Brazen Throne, are just stupidly, fabulously wealthy. It comes from having easy access to mineral wealth, an untold number of slaves to work to death, and operating one of the top three extraplanar trade hubs in existence.

They can afford the best. It makes them more intimidating, more difficult to defeat, and it broadcasts in a not-so-subtle manner that they are richer than quite a lot of gods.

You are severely underestimating the scale of the genie empires.

Also, 90 tons is assuming there's only a centimeter thick layer of it, IIRC.

It was assigned roughly the same density as iron, which is ~8 tons per cubic meter. It's just not that much stuff.

Adamantine is rare, but it's not that rare.

90 tonnes is calculated from a very thin layer, basically the minimum amount required for it to be worthwhile putting it there.

If it's there at all it would make less sense for there to be less of it. Not being Adamantine at all would be ideal but they have to stand up to Dragons.

This is why the Efreeti are such lovely enemies to have, whereas the Mind Flayers are only worth as much as we can sacrifice them for. Efreeti are, when you get down to it, richer than the goddamn Shaitan thanks to owning the City of Brass. That corresponds directly to loot we can seize from them.

On the matter of coronation, I would wait until Lys and Myr are wrapped up and everyone else is ready to join us.

Then directly crown ourselves Imperator.

Then immedeatly launch the invasion of Westeros. I believe I wrote a speech (which was never used) which had plentiful amounts of brimstone and nationalistic war fervor, should do the trick if someone could find it.

Simply put, 90 tons of Adamantine sound lile a lot, but are anything but. Metals are just heavy. All those tons of metal have a volume smaller then a car when melted into bars.

All things considered, it's prepesterously little Adamantine.

I disagree with such notion.
While I don't hide not having any interest in Weateros, far more ulterior motives move me here: by taking as much of Essos as possible before going there we'll gain a lot more resources, arcane knowledge and non-moronic subjects than we can in Westerosi shitshow.

tldr: I am greedy and Essos has more loot.
Loot goes first.

Let's just agree to get these bodies straight to the Fungus Forge for some nifty Leshys.
Remember, we also have 3 unused harpy corpses, and some devils.

The party is freaking terryfying.

Vizier will think a whole other polity just declared war on him... and well, he wouldn't be wrong. Godamnit Empire! Grow Faster!

... the ultimate sin... triple post?!

Of course Essos comes first, in fact giving up Pentos still gives me the shakes. I know we'll get it back with Braavos but its got that 'please liberate me' shithole vibe. I'm just saying that after we take Myr and Lys, Volantis declares for us, and Tolos and Mantarys as well...

Well, the letter proclaiming the empire (which would include Westeros) would hardly be a surprise. Might just make a 2x1 declaration when we're crowned.

The other option for a coronation would be post Westeros, which has its cons and pros.

Actually @bigbow, the situation has changed pretty drastically.

We were going to be covert about Pentos specifically because we were tiptoeing around Volantis, which is why were were going to let Braavos be the main players in the first place.

Now we have Volantis (and we'll continue to have it if Zherys knows what's good for him).

We can go big and bold in Pentos' liberation with Braavos at our backs.

The Sealord outright asked us for dragons.

Handy, that. Viserys is a dragon.

I was always more worried about Myr and Lys, we should get our puppets there firmly in power before taking Pentos.

I think he wants us to Own Pentos, not conquer it for the Stagnant Senator. I sympathise.

We could pre-install/turn competent non-assholes in/to leadership positions so they are the the ones left after the purge.

Honestly 90 tons isn't actually much spread over three giant ships. Especially when you factor in that Adamandium has a weight density closer to lead than iron. I'm actually equally interested in what the rest of the ship is made of. Because if only like the top centimeter is Adamantium. What did they put underneath?

Because remember these are ships from the Plane of Molten Skies. Wood isn't exactly a common commodity there. The rest of the ship might honestly be pure steel or Bronze. That is a lot of metal. Ironclads son!

I don't want to wait for years on end until Bobby B decides to kick the bucket, it leaves the loyalists to chaff under Tywin's machinations. Bloodraven has already said that the prophecy is not as much a necessity at it might have once been, that Viserys has broken the future right and propa. With a good chunk of Essos in our hands, there will be no reason to delay.
