Might be boring but I like seeing the perspective of legionaries, also I imagine being the bearer of a magical banner is a huge honor among them and the holder would be quite motivated to do his job well.

Thing is, I was sorely tempted to write a omake from the perspective of an officer on one of the ships, hearing Viserys speech just before he sets off.

@DragonParadox, with your permission and maybe the cliff-notes you have for the scene, I would love to write the second most picked option.

Though I'm kinda hoping for the cult scene to be the second, due to spontaneous inspiration.

Super-armored, exceptionally well-trained warriors, with incredible morale and buffed to gills with their very liege?

Or, since everybody else seems to be waking up to magic, maybe some of the giants have discovered they are actually Cloud or Storm Giants, and find ancestral knowledge on how to build them....

Building one is easy enough actually. Just make it a Golem with a fly speed: immune to pretty much all magic and can fly even in an Antimagic field.
Horribly expensive, but easy enough.
