Would the Watch, sometime later, profit from a healer arcanum? And would she like it to be sent to the Wall?

They certainly would.
Diseases are everywhere on the world and I think men of the Watch are more likely to be Cursed than most.
Since a Builder doesn't need many combat spells she can take those two for healing and then use her Positive nature for simpler heals.
 
It's going to be hard enough, given the nature of the all-men watch, for them to deal with the potential discipline issues from having one woman on the wall, even if that woman is not-entirely human. I don't want to send a horde of them. Even sending one is going to be a little tricky (she could stay in Mole's Town while working on Castle Black, but there is no easy solution for Eastwatch or the Shadow tower. Maybe send some guards as a deterrent that people's hindbrains will understand?).

That's what Boneshaker is for?
She can tune down the CL if she doesn't want to kill.

It would great if we wait until Lya is high enough level to create a healer Arcanum with the Panacea spell. It covers so many conditions (disease, poisoning, blindness, etc) that we could focus her more on heavy duty healing spells and important buffs like Resist Energy and Magic Circle Against Evil.

And it would make room for another combat spell or two. She'll need them just to exist safely among the Nightwatch.

Even if she ends up as a pacifist, spells like Deep Slumber, Color Spray, Web, or Glitterdust would likely be more than adequate.

How about starting with the Dragon pen and casting the scribing spells with it and ours watching over them in the back ground while we talk to best uncle?

@Goldfish, also put our dragonpens to work. It's not like we were ever trying to hide it. And no, I still don't want to give Aemon a dragonpen, just in case that was going to come up.

She's busy learning spells right now. Mainly Reincarnate, and then Permanency tomorrow. And after that she's spending the rest of the month building the Smelter.

She can teleport over to get Castle Black as a teleport spot, but it would have to be very brief.
