@BoneyM How come each city/county fields only one type of soldier? Do, say, Marburg and Hornau not train any front lines of note?

Each regiment is drawn from the one place for morale purposes. Few counties have been asked to provide more than a single regiment, either because they don't have the population to do so or because Stirland doesn't have the income to support more troops. If someone from, say, Marburg really wanted to be part of a front-line regiment, they'd enlist outside of their home county.

[X] Talabeclander Knights

This lets us hang with Schultz for the first time ever, and put our new Knight status to good use hobnobbing. I don't really know how useful it will be or what the Knight corps is doing exactly, but it sounds like we'd be ready to support either Gustav or Van Hal's armies on short notice if necessary.

Of course given a season's hard campaigning the Regiment that officially returned to Marburg or Leicheberg would be an undersized collection of ragged scroungers and poached Ostermark lads (but I repeat myself), with a lot of the original farm boys deserting up and down Stirland and being replaced by camp followers, picked up deserters of other regiments, and adopted locals.

[X] Knights of Morr

This seems educational for dealing with undead. Helps bulk out our undead slaying lore with consultation.

I'm not entirely sure how the command tent version would work.

Would we be something of a reinforcement troop? I'm not sure if the Empire has the kind of speedy communication needed for that.
We'd probably be the speedy communication, since we can gallop all day without needing to change horses.
-Our Attaches hadn't reported anything back yet. Might just be the time lag due to being on Purge turns and them not having super fast magic horse, but if there's something up we won't see it from the command tent.
Surely being at the command tent is where it would be easiest for attaches to find us and send reports, rather than having to ask which regiment we're in?
