So the thread seems pretty set on capturing an armored eight-limbed Rider in Red for a 'Sudden Knight' spell, but has anybody gave thought on using the naked four-limbed ones for a spell instead? Well I have, the spell I thought of summons Greenskins to fight for you. Use Mathilde's inner Waaaghilde with her deep instinct towards everything Greenskin and combined with apparitions to create the Greenskin summoning spell you never knew you wanted!

@Boney

Is this a viable spell?

Unless a lot of people change their mind, it looks like the Lustrian salamanders will have to wait a while longer until Mathilde comes back from the store with milk and cigarettes.

who do y'all think is gonna go talk to us this turn?
I think some Ulthuan ambassadors might show their faces to counteract the Druchii ones.

On the note of books: I find it fascinating on the variety of books that the Elementalists have. Ind is one thing, you could assume they set up a small expedition to go there and pick up a handful. Kislev is also right there, so they could have gotten the ones they did in a number of ways. And Asur books could have presumably been obtained from Marienburg.

But Asrai books on Addaioth, Bringer of Wrath and Fire, at that? That's... concerning? Mildly impressive? Whether it was through violence, subterfuge or diplomacy, there's gotta be a story about how they got books on a destructive god of fire from the hostile-to-outsiders forest-dwellers.

Instead of literally summoning Greenskins what about a spell that creates the sort of pull a Waaagh has, like literally leads them to this location telling them there's a good fight.

A single grey wizard sneaks into some Vampire fortress or something, casts it then runs.
Suddenly the vampires have to deal with an Orc Waaagh out of nowhere.

Looks at the thread.
Don't.

Look, Mathilde said it herself—there's a conceptual space for the roles of "most cunning/most brutal champion of greenskinkind". It's literally free real estate, and who better to fill it than "Avatar of Mork" "Escalating Brutality" "Stabs You From Behind With A Cannonball Sword" Mathilde?

Everchosen Mathilde is old hat. The new hotness is Warboss Mathilde, leading Waaagh Mathilde on the best punch up in history.

Eike's progress with Petty magic has me thinking we should really look into making a staff for Eike next turn, even just a basic staff would give Eike a + 1 to magic which together with the + 1 she gets from the Mark of Ulgu gives her enough magic to safely speedrun the Ulgu spellbook up to fiendishly complex by dint of always having a high enough magic stat to cast the spells she's learning reliably.

according to Boney (I asked) Eike spend two months on each of the 3 actions we had her do this turn, if next turn she has a staff and we have her focus purely on expanding her repertoire of spells, then we could have her complete her non-battle magic spellbook in as little as two turns!

Which should leave Eike with a magic score of 8, which is Lady Magister tier.

Along with some extra stuff we can teach her afterwards for a turn or two, (Like Rite of Way probably) she'll (Likely) be the strongest newly minted Journey(wo)man ever!

We should absolutely start summoning greenskins. Why? Because I'm pretty sure it's not against the articles.

The Mathilde Amendment would be one hell of a legacy!

The imperial council would probably give us some rather impressive looks wih wizards coming to ask for amendments for the article, limiting what wizards are allowed to do.
