--[X] We're finally about ready to depart! Just a few more projects we need to get out of the fire and we can do so with a clear conscience too. Now that Denva is united--in spirit if not neccessarily in law yet--you feel happy about things. But there's still some education left to do before you'll be confident they'll handle things properly in your absence--especially with at least two apparently scary forces that could approach from the northern or southern routes. Fortunately, you're good at this kind of thing too! Spend the next little while educating them on how your database works, good ethics, and how they can build on the foundations you've left behind and the legacies of what they already had to protect themselves and thrive even in today's galaxy. We'll do one last pass getting their facilities up and running before we head out, but see about making sure they're well educated, so that when you've got the OMCs ready to go, they'll be able to pick them up and run with them. (Educating them on how to use our database, as well as how to expand on it if they have to, with a side line in how to handle a more data focused perspective in preparation for the OMC rollout.)

    -[X] THE BIG IDEA: Chasing after Xylaris and her pirates, and finding the webway or eldar to trade with have many required tasks in common! The webway gate is the best place to search for trade partners or Xylaris, and any eldar we can find, we can reasonably try to trade with OR hire to help us find and kill the dark elves. So why not both? This plan puts emphasis on tracking down Xylaris as our plan A, hiring Eldar for their superior mobility and stealth while tying them to us as a trade partner in the process, in such a way that if we make no headway on Xylaris we can still find the webway gate and just do trade as normal. Research priorities are likewise in support of this goal, while completing HSI as first priority for the extra RP.
