What if we got this?
Ground Manufactory Efficiency Improvements (50 RP) You dramatically improved the efficiency of your void manufacturing by stripping out the dumb stuff that was required by stellar federation bureaucracy. There's probably some stuff like that in your ground manufactories too. (Reduces the CP cost but not BP cost of your ground manufactories. Unlocks follow-on tech to build ground manufactories in more challenging conditions such as extreme temp/pressure planetoids).
I think it was mostly dismissed when we first unlocked it because we were so BP blocked rather than CP blocked, but if we're bumping up against command point limits again, it might be a good pick even aside from how it makes OMC stretch farther for Denva.

Given the huge proportion of our CP which would be manufactures even a modest CP reduction on a per/unit level would have a huge impact. Or we could go Intelligence Codding and hope we can fish higher level enhancements from behind that, but we do not know how many techs that will take or what the RP cost will be. The production improvements seem like the best bet in the short term.
