[X] The Weilu's isolationism, how it came about and manifested.

I know this vote has all kinds of complicated implications but I'm just gonna vote based on which one it seems like LQ would be more interested in.

This because I think it might give insight into where the Weilu and Hui went wrong, because the Hui didn't start as the arseholes we know them as.
I thought they started as standard Celestial Peaks assholes, then found Weilu spiritualism, and their assholish interpretation of that was what became the unique (if we and all of our descendants we're around to educate have anything to say about it, anyway) flavor of assholery they're known and reviled for?

[X] The Weilu's spiritualism, and how it reacted to consolidation.

They're both juicy topics.
The spiritualism option seems more politically immediately applicable, and the isolationism seems more cautionary tale for a quickly rising clan looking to emulate certain Weilu culture bits

Iirc, and I may be mistaken, the Hui existed as a clan prior to Xi taking on the committal mantle, which is when major Imperial influence in Emerald Seas became a thing. Even then, the Luo were integrated into the empire during the Xi, and they're hardly Imperial hardliners.

I guess what I'm saying is I don't think the contemporary Weilu/Imperial self-identity labels map quite cleanly to the time of the Hui's founding.

Their original interpretation of weilu spiritualism was "It didn't seem so bad, where did it all go wrong" interpretation of Palace Of One. Not exactly the great spirit you would expect "Celestial Peaks Asshole Who Adopted Weilu Spiritualism With Added Celestial Peaks Shittery" to become.

While I think both will prove to be very interesting, I'd like to try and get more support and fuel for our Neo-Weilu ideology and the Emerald Seas nationalism movement. And I think spiritualism is better for that.

Also, the more spiritually weilu we become, the higher the chance of getting cute horns.
