i would honestly prefer us to entirely do our own things just not being petty,and on the top of that we would need to land close to the flag site to do that wich would cost us the oportunity to study an area of the moln that hasn't been by previous moon missions,(i don't remember hoow many but they whare several human and robot landing if i remember well)

It think KNakamura was going more for something along the lines of a general memorial for all who died and will die, rather than a specific group of people up till now.
I Wasn't thinink to do it for a particular froup,just that getting all the names of the victims to mark them on the monument will be hard,but i guess a general memorial without names will make it more timeless.
